Our venue started as a music recording studio. We still have several studios that operate Monday through Friday. The event business was born out of people coming into the recording studios and asking if they could throw a party in our space and one thing led to another. We love hosting all different kinds of events from weddings, to parties, fundraisers, film shoots, and even the occasional small concert.

Unity of the Westside is conveniently located in the West Los Angeles community of Culver City, close to neighborhoods such as Santa Monica, South Bay, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The intimate, charming sanctuary holds up to 90 people, and glass doors open into a lovely outdoor patio. Our Community Hall includes a newly renovated full kitchen with plenty of buffet space on granite countertops. Carondelet House is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA. It wouldn’t be LA if our venue wasn’t in a strip mall! The space is in the historic Cahuenga pass, with our venue located less than 5 minutes from Universal Studios, City Walk and the Hollywood Bowl. Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

Located in Los Angeles’ historic West Adams neighborhood, Alta Adams is designed to be an inclusive setting, serving comforting food and great cocktails that bring people together in the community. Alta Adams’ culinary vision is led by chefs Keith Corbin and Daniel Patterson. They met during the opening of the original LocoL in Watts and worked together for four years, both at LocoL and then later at Alta Group restaurants in the Bay Area.
