“I first came across Fairview Green River on Zola and reached out for pricing. Based on the initial information, I assumed it would be outside of our budget. I even scheduled a tour but nearly canceled because I didn’t want to spend another Saturday touring a venue my fiancé and I felt we couldn’t afford. When I contacted them to cancel, they encouraged me to keep the appointment—and I’m so glad I did. At the time, we didn’t have a wedding date, and Fairview happened to be offering a discounted rate for a Saturday wedding along with several perks we couldn’t pass up. That completely changed our minds. We attended one of their fairs to try the food, and honestly, I had mixed feelings at first. By that point, we were already committed to the venue, so I was hoping for the best. I shared my concerns with Sandra, who was our main contact throughout the process. She walked me through other menu options and reassured me that we would love the food—and she was absolutely right. The vendors they work with were wonderful. Tasteful Cakes, Ivy & Co, and The Southern California Wedding Guys were all responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing for add-ons was also very reasonable compared to vendors I had researched on my own. Day of the wedding: Our day-of coordinator, Darian, was amazing. She stayed calm, organized, and collected while making sure the entire wedding party had everything they needed. Sandra also checked in on me throughout the day, which I really appreciated. During cocktail hour, the Fairview team had drinks and snacks set aside for us so we could enjoy some time and take our sunset photos. When we returned for our grand entrance, our dinner and drinks were already waiting for us at our table—such a thoughtful touch. We truly had the best night ever surrounded by our favorite people. And the food? AMAZING. We chose the American package with prime rib and a carving station. They also offered Italian and Mexican options, but the carving station sealed the deal for us. The only downside was that we only had access to the venue two hours before the wedding. A third hour would have been ideal. While I could have paid for the extra hour, I do feel this should be included. For reference, we chose the all-inclusive Elite package. A few helpful notes for anyone considering it: Flowers are partially included: table centerpieces and the ceremony arch are covered, but bouquets and boutonnieres are not. We purchased those separately, and their pricing was very fair—much more affordable than other florists. The DJ package includes the DJ only. Lighting, fog, and sparklers are upgrades. We chose to upgrade and were very happy we did. There are no additional cake fees, and the cake options were great. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, cake, DJ, and overall experience. We are so happy we chose Fairview Green River and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.”

We booked the venue over a year in advance and throughout the entire planning process, the entire team was so available and responsive. As the day approached, we met with our day-of coordination Laura and she was truly amazing!! She helped me create the day of my dreams and was very prompt in responding to any of our concerns. She helped bring our vision to life and I am so grateful!! The very inclusive experience at The Secret Garden was also so helpful. We ended up going through our own food vendor for BBQ for dinner, but everything else was seamless and really helped ease the wedding planning stress. The photography and videography team was so amazing and captured our day so beautifully. I still cry tears of joy looking at our pictures and videos from the special day! :') The DJ services provided were also amazing and we couldn't have been happier with DJ Jason Lyons! Overall, we could not be happier with our experience at The Secret Garden. It was worth every penny to marry my best friend at such a beautiful place surrounded by everyone we love!! :)”

“Where to begin on such a lovely team, a venue that offers so much, and a wedding team that provides all that you need! First off, we LOVED how these funds went to the Zoo and Safari Park go to their 501C. Knowing every dollar supported the animals and the conservation work happening right there made the whole day feel meaningful in a way most venues just can't offer. Plus, my specialty vet husband and others in the animal field hold this zoo in the highest regard for animal care and conservation efforts. We had to change our destination wedding venue with six months or so to plan this wedding in the States. Emily, Magdalena, and the events staff were responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect from the very first email to the final send-off. They thought of everything, so we didn't have to. Also, they were kind and calming to work with while planning this from out of San Diego, since we no longer lived there. I can't thank them enough. And the setting is truly unbeatable. We had our ceremony on Harusi Lawn and our reception at the Sambutan Longhouse out by Tiger Trail, and being surrounded by the park made the entire day feel like a once-in-a-lifetime experience — not just for us, but for every single guest. Rhinos, giraffes, cheetahs, and other animals walked behind our ceremony site! People are STILL talking about it. Especially since they got a full-day Safari pass to visit the park beforehand and make it a whole trip. The absolute highlight after being married in front of cheetahs? Our wildlife encounter. Having an animal join us on our wedding day is something none of us will ever forget, and it's the kind of magic you simply cannot get anywhere else. The venue actually has a shuttle for guests for the cheetah lawn and to the reception hall with the tigers, and takes ADA very seriously. The food was a hit (the Savanna Buffet was SO GOOD), and the cocktail hour upgrade was worth every penny. But honestly, what made it all come together was the team. If you're even considering the Safari Park for your wedding — do it. You will not find anywhere like it, and your guests will have a remarkable full day! “I don’t even know where to begin. When I first took a tour of Belle Vista. I already knew that this is exactly the venue I want. The scenery, the architecture, the ambiance. It was absolutely surreal. However, you can always rent any venue. But one thing that differentiates belle vista from any other venue is the owner Rima. If you are thinking of renting this venue for your special day, I can tell you right now you will not just be renting a venue. You will be booking a place that is beyond just that. Rima is absolutely incredible in every aspect. I have never felt so much trust and love from a coordinator/venue before my day. Rima will absolutely take care of you and she will prioritize every single desire you have. As a bride, the stress becomes overwhelming. However with Rima by my side I felt confident, at ease, and taken care of. To me that is what I look for when I choose a place to host the most important day of my life.
