We are a Brand new start up Venue in Hastings MI. I have been in the wedding industry for 15 years and have learned that there are very few places out there that are willing to put the time and effort into each event. I wanted to open the doors to my own place to provide the best possible experience for anyone that comes through the doors. We have an amazing outdoor garden ceremony site that will transport you to a place of peace and serenity. I am adding more vendors in-house to provide quality and cost effective options for anyone interested in having one contact person for the entire experience.

“We used Venue 1230 to host our wedding reception and we were so happy with how everything went. We would 10 out of 10 recommend this venue to all of our family and friends. Yon and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The size of the venue itself was one thing that helped seal the deal for us. We had kids and there was more than enough space for them to play while the adults continued to mingle and enjoy themselves. We also highly appreciated how beautifully decorated the whole venue was. We barely had to bring anything in besides our basic table decorations. We had so many guests commenting on how tastefully everything was done. Another thing that I really appreciated was how much Yon and his team cared. They were always asking where they could help or how they could better serve us. At the end of the day, they did everything in their power to make sure that we had a perfect day that we would remember forever.”

“We held an intimate, outdoor wedding early in April at the Orchard Pond, and it could not have been more perfect. The staff was so amazing in taking care of so many details and helping us plan, and even managed to keep chairs dry for guests outdoors on a rainy Michigan day. They even worked with us a bit on the time to wait for the rain to clear and were so flexible! I also cannot say enough about how beautiful the setting is. I have attended larger weddings in the orchard on the hill, but beside the pond on the dock, with the lovely pine grove, the soft sounds of wind and the wildlife, and the rippling waves across the pond was truly the perfect spot for our intimate affair. The setting is beautiful and allowed our photographer to get many great photos from lots of different angles. The amazing staff also helped us plan our dream wedding in under a month and helped us stay on budget while still having a beautiful, unforgettable day. I truly cannot say enough about the Orchard. It truly is the perfect outdoor wedding venue!”

“From our first conversation with January and Tripp, we knew Aerie Commons was the right choice for our bridal shower and rehearsal lunch venue. They stayed on top of every detail throughout the planning process and answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully which made planning so much easier. The space itself is stunning and welcoming, with plenty of room for our guests to move around comfortably. The food was fabulous and the service was seamless from start to finish. They also supplied and serviced the grazing table and wedding cake at the wedding ceremony. (The Bride's favorite part). We cannot recommend January, Tripp, and the entire Aerie Commons team enough—they truly made all our celebrations fabulous.”
