“If I could describe my experience working with Amanda and the dessert selection she helped us pick in one word, I would say WOW! She truly is a master at her craft and the desserts did not disappoint! My now husband and I decided on a small two-tiered wedding cake with a wide variety of desserts, all which Amanda offered. From raspberry Linzer cookies and cannoli to key lime mousse cups and red velvet mini cupcakes, we had something that would appeal to every guest. Amanda even offers vegan options, which was great for our guests with dietary restrictions. And let me say that we received so many compliments on the dessert selections! My absolute favorite was the wedding cake though. One tier was lemon raspberry flavored, and the 2nd tier was strawberry passion fruit, AND the cake had delicious crunchy bites that added texture. We fortunately had leftover cake that we took with us and were able to enjoy with family the days following our wedding! Amanda is an absolute joy to work with and she puts in a lot of thought and effort into her craft! The taste and presentation of our cake and desserts was perfection, so thank you for making our wedding day so special! “We LOVED working with Sweetened Memories. From the cake tasting (on china plates, water provided, guided by the wedding coordinator) to the communication process in between to our cake arriving at the venue - this place rocks. We ordered a four tiered cake with classic lambeth frosting. We agreed upon two of the layers being funfetti cake with cookie dough filling (you have to try this) and dark chocolate cake with raspberry preserves as the filling. “We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding baker! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible. The tasting experience was super easy and stunning. Our traditional tiered cake was stunning, elegant, beautifully crafted, and topped with sugar flowers that were so realistic that I genuinely thought they were fake at first. The level of detail and artistry was beyond anything we imagined. I had tears in my eyes when I saw her bring in the cake. What truly set our baker apart, though, was her willingness to take on something completely unique. We asked for a “bleeding armadillo” cake inspired by Steel Magnolias (not exactly a typical wedding request but if you know, you know) and even though she wasn’t familiar with it, she absolutely nailed it! Not only did it look fantastic, but it was also delicious and a huge hit with our guests. After the tasting, we requested that the red velvet be a little darker for the effect of the bleeding armadillo from the movie. Again, she surpassed our expectations. Her creativity, skill, and dedication made our wedding desserts are truly unforgettable. “We cannot recommend Frosted Swirl enough! We used Frosted Swirl for our wedding for a small cutting cake, cupcakes, dessert bars and mini cheesecakes. They were such a hit! Our guests loved them and even took some to go! Valerie made the whole process easy and was friendly and responded quickly to my emails. She offers a sampling of the mini cupcakes for purchase in order to trial the flavors, which I thought was such a great idea (and they were delicious)! “It is truly an understatement to say I love cake. It is actually my weakness! So when I was searching for a bakery or baker to make my wedding cake, I really wanted to make sure I was not only going to love the look and taste of it but also choose someone that is actually passionate about it. I reached out to so many places and no one responded so kindly and promptly like Natasha. It is no doubt that her work is impeccable (what you see in pictures does not do justice to how even MORE beautiful it is in person), but her communication throughout the process and commitment to executing your vision is incomparable to other bakeries and bakers. I had a very intimate/small wedding (15 people), and other bakers made me feel like my event wasn't worth their time and effort to make, but Natasha was so sweet and kind - made me feel like she genuinely wanted to make our day special. I especially loved that she offered a cake tasting for us even though we were only ordering a small 2-Tier cake. Other bakers refused to do a tasting unless I was intending to spend over 700. All of the flavors she offered were SOOOOO good! It was tough to choose one but we are beyond satisfied with the berry shortcake flavor Everyone at my wedding was so impressed by the cake. So clean, chic and timeless. She truly executed my vision from just the one inspiration picture. Unfortunately I did not get any clear pictures of the cake due to the dim lighting in the restaurant . My guests were also amazed how moist and tasty it was too (make sure to follow her recommendation to serve cake at room temperature to enjoy at its full potential). You can really feel the love, time and effort she puts into her work!!! A TRUE TALENT. She was very honest and reasonable when it came to pricing as well! I definitely plan to work with her again for future events”

“When my husband and I got engaged I had a vision for what I wanted for our wedding day. I began planning and went to Instagram for inspo and vendors. I followed a few bakers with similar styles and went with Alchemy because I had a good vibe and feeling from Brandi's online presence. We had a wonderful experience with our take-home cake tasting experience. After trying some cake, we knew we were sold. We ended up getting one pastel retro three tier lemon, lemon custard, vanilla frosted cake and one single tier lavender, marshmallow filled, vanilla frosted cake. I originally only had the three tier cake and had a bridal panic - Brandi was super supportive and made a suggestion to add the additional single tier cake, which ended up being the perfect amount of cake to feed all 70ish of us. Brandi made our experience easy and fun from day one! I highly recommend booking with Alchemy for any occasion - I know we look forward to ordering again in the future!”

Juries baked a stunning masterpiece that was almost too gorgeous to eat (but we’re so glad we did!). Her fondant flowers were each a true work of art. Honestly, cutting into it felt wrong… art shouldn’t be edible, and yet we ate it up!! We ordered a bunch of other desserts for our after-party, and they disappeared before we could even reach the table! But I heard they were delicious! “Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). We spent months trying to figure out how to make it happen without success when, miraculously, we stumbled upon Twin Treats on Zola. We reached out to Amy, who responded within hours. We were in Nashville for the weekend for wedding planning, and Amy threw together a tasting box for us with barely any notice.
