“We had the most incredible experience with the Faux Bouquets! From start to finish, Brittany was responsive, caring and efficient! We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. I pride myself on getting ALL the flowers returned in record time (Brittany said) ;) All of our guests couldn’t believe the flowers were fake and everyone was raving about them! She was very professional and patient with me, even when my plans changed or I needed to add to my order. I am not the best at putting together a bouquet. I am also someone who likes control, especially when it came to planning my wedding. Any questions or additional florals I needed (which was a lot) she replied in a very timely manner and with upmost care, never making me feel like I was a bother. Now onto the florals. I will not shut up about them to whoever I talk to about my wedding. They were beyond stunning. My favorite part of my wedding besides you know… marrying my husband. Was the floral arrangements!! The flowers were all fresh and considering I ordered some flowers that were out of season was an impressive feat to have all them so beautiful. The way she opened up the roses was also amazing. “Elegant Floral Creations by Amy went above and beyond for both my daughters Bridal Shower and Wedding. For the Shower we were not sure what we wanted but we told Amy the theme and she wowed us all. The flowers and the colors were all beautiful and went perfect with our theme. Our guest are still talking about how beautiful all the decorations were and how the flowers brought everything together. For the wedding, my daughter knew exactly what she wanted and when I tell you Amy more then delivered I am not exaggerating. The floral bouquets and boutonnieres were stunning and when we walked into the venue the floral arrangements and swags and floral details with the candles took our breath away. The Venue was beautiful but the flowers made everything even more beautiful and elegant! The florals and candles really set the tone and the mood. The attention to detail was phenomenal! The photographer was even excited about all the details in which she made sure to capture in the photos. We will be using Elegant Floral Creations by Amy for all our future floral needs! I highly recommend Amy, she is easy to talk to, she answered every question quickly and gave us suggestions for some things we were not sure of and she was on time and the venue staff really liked working with her and her team as well.”
