Welcome! I'm Chef Sakinah. I have worked in the food and beverage industry professionally for nearly a decade and counting. Throughout my career, I've worked in various restaurants across New Jersey, New York City, Florida, North Carolina, and California. With this exposure, I've learned many different styles, cuisines, and techniques of cooking, and from many executive head chefs. Managing and handling all facets of the kitchen, is also my expertise. Graduating from one of the top Culinary Arts Schools in the United States, I earned my A.A.S Degree in Culinary Arts, and Serv Safe/State Food Safety Certificate.

We’re Lore and Leo, owners of El Pampeano Steakhouse. I (Lore) was born in Argentina, where grilling is tradition and celebration. We bring that passion to weddings with live Argentine BBQ, buffet, appetizers, and plated service. Every event is personal to us.
