“To begin describing the experience we had at Del Oro Valley is difficult to do! Because it was SO amazing. We had our wedding venue cancel on us 6 months before our wedding and it was an emotionally deflating experience. However we didn’t realize at the time it was a gift that landed us at the most magical venue full of people more aligned with everything we love and stand for. Del Oro valley saved our wedding and provided us with more than we could have ever asked for. They went above and beyond to provide us with a peak experience I’m certain we couldn’t have achieved elsewhere. They helped us produce a talent show at, provided camp counselors for games and community activation, provided a place with incredible sound for us to dance all night, catered delicious food for 110 people, and gave us lasting memories. This venue has it all. Gorgeous mountain outlooks at the amphitheater for our ceremony and a candlelit patio dinner. An A-frame cabin decked out with lights and an excellent sound system for dancing. There’s a huge pool at main camp near lodging for folks to relax at during the day, and lodging onsite for all your people to stay and connect over the weekend. Couldn’t recommend this venue more. Thank you Del Oro Valley for sharing one of the most memorable weekends with us!”

The communication with the staff, especially Keilah, Savanna, and Nathalie, was superb - they were always willing to help and very approachable. The venue itself had an elegant, spacious, and calm aura that was great value for the cost. The food prepared by Jeremy and his crew was excellent, and the open bar was overflowing, providing great service throughout the night. The DJs kept the dance floor lively, and the photobooth was a fun addition. The security was also courteous, ensuring our special day went off without a hitch. “Our wedding experience was nothing short of magical, and it's all thanks to the incredible efforts of Jessica, our outstanding wedding coordinator at this enchanting venue. From the moment we engaged her services, we found ourselves effortlessly gliding through the entire process without a single moment of stress. Jessica's expertise and meticulous attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our special day. So much so, that I wholeheartedly entrusted her with the arrangement of the florals, not laying eyes on them until the wedding day itself. To say she exceeded our expectations would be an understatement – every detail was flawlessly executed. The venue itself is an absolute gem, radiating an undeniable charm that contributed to the overall magic of the occasion. The accompanying homes provided for our use were not only incredibly cute but also showcased Jessica's unwavering commitment to perfection – no detail was left unattended. Reflecting on our wedding day, my spouse and I find ourselves repeatedly expressing the sentiment that, if given the chance, we would relive that extraordinary day over and over again. This venue, with Jessica at the helm, truly created an unforgettable experience, and we couldn't be more grateful for the seamless, beautiful celebration she orchestrated. Thank you Jessica!”

“We celebrated our 26-year vow renewal at the Heirloom Inn, and it was everything we dreamed of. One tour of this place, we were hooked and we stopped searching elsewhere. Tiffany serves as both the venue owner and coordinator. She absolutely knows how to make everything look so dreamy. They have everything you need for decor available. We created beautiful centerpieces from the items she had. Platters, aisle decorations, alter decorations. All tables and chairs… they set out appetizers, late night snacks and brewed coffee for us! just wow! Our event happened during an unexpected heat wave, but Tiffany and her team did everything possible to help guests stay comfortable. They made sure there was plenty of water available, encouraged guests to stay hydrated, constantly moving umbrellas for shade. The grounds are absolutely magical. The shady garden, koi pond, vintage charm, twinkle lights, chandeliers, and fairy-tale atmosphere created the most romantic setting imaginable. There were plenty of cozy seating and lounge areas where guests could mingle, relax, and enjoy the evening. We were checked on constantly, our guests were taken care of, and countless details were handled behind the scenes. The venue is nearly all-inclusive, which removed so much stress from the planning process. As an added bonus, the couple gets to stay overnight, allowing the celebration to end without having to rush anywhere else. They tell you go rest and all your stuff will be packed ready for you in the morning! The Heirloom Inn didn’t just host our vow renewal—they helped make the wedding we never had come true. After 26 years of marriage, we finally got the celebration we had always dreamed about. We are incredibly grateful to Tiffany and her team and would recommend the Heirloom Inn without hesitation to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free, and unforgettable wedding experience.”

“MSR was by far our dream venue. Not only are the views and property absolutely stunning, but Scena and Susanne were incredible to work with. Wedding planning is hard and stressful, there’s always something you didn’t think of, but, believe me, Scena already has and has already worked it out for you. A God send Our family and us had so much fun staying here as well. We loved being able to stay for 4 days, wind down with our close family after the wedding, and relive the moments together. It truly makes the weekend more special when you don’t have to pack up and get out the very next day. I could go on and on about how wonderful our weekend was. I highly recommend MSR and working with Scena and Susanne. It’s worth the trust me!”

“Nearly two years later and we still get compliments on our venue! We had our reception at Sierra Cider and couldn’t be happier we did. Seriously- we wouldn’t change a thing. Dana and David were so accommodating and really worked with us to achieve our vision. Nick was our bartender during the event and was so kind and personable with all the guests. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone had an incredible experience. The venue itself is beautiful. Our guests raved about our table setting in the orchard rows. The tasting room is charming with plenty of seating, bistro lights, and even misters for hot summer days. I’d be remiss not to mention how yummy the ciders are! Many guests visited Sierra Cider days following the wedding because they loved it so much. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Sierra Cider more.”
