It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Carondelet House is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA. Built in 1906, The Huron Substation is a stunning historical landmark originally used to serve downtown’s Yellow Car streetcar system. This one-of-a-kind building now offers guests the opportunity to experience the grandeur and majesty of a bygone era in Los Angeles, with modern amenities and style. It wouldn’t be LA if our venue wasn’t in a strip mall! The space is in the historic Cahuenga pass, with our venue located less than 5 minutes from Universal Studios, City Walk and the Hollywood Bowl. Our Venue is a 3500 square foot space, complete with a 2500 square foot ballroom, commercial kitchen, bar, stage, and lighting/ sound systems that are equipped for live music. The venue has highly stylized areas, but the main ballroom is an open concept space that can be molded for anything from rehearsal dinners to cocktail hours and receptions.

Our venue started as a music recording studio. We still have several studios that operate Monday through Friday. The event business was born out of people coming into the recording studios and asking if they could throw a party in our space and one thing led to another. We love hosting all different kinds of events from weddings, to parties, fundraisers, film shoots, and even the occasional small concert.
