After years of being stuck with mundane corporate menus, only constructing vibrant and lively drinks at home for friends and family, and dreaming of owning my own bar, we decided to start The Parched Poppies.

Our winery was established in 2000 when our passionate journey of winemaking in Paso Robles began. Our desire has always been to create exquisite small lots of handcrafted wines. Red Poets is dedicated to creative blends, and Skyhawk Lane is dedicated to our individual varietals of wine.

Indian Rock Tree Farm is a family-owned Christmas tree farm established in 1961 and a part of the Apple Hill Growers Asso.

Château Davell's Estate Vineyard is situated at an 3000' elevation in the El Dorado AVA. We use sustainable vineyard management methods, eliminating the need for conventional herbicides and pesticides, and supporting the vitality of the surrounding ecosystem. We use cover cropping and other natural farming techniques in our estate vineyard. Our soils are made up of rich clay, decomposed granite, and volcanic rock making it the perfect place to grow grapes. We are thankful to have relationships with other sustainable and organic growers in both El Dorado and Lodi Counties to source additional quality fruit for our winemaking. Depending on your needs, we can bring the trailer with our full menu or our beverage cart with a few drinks customized to you. We can come to events with as little as 50 people, or as many as 300+. The Tahoe Gal is an iconic 120 passenger paddle wheeler located in Lake Tahoe, California, The Tahoe Gal cruises daily to Emerald Bay and along the North and West Shores of Lake Tahoe. Our boat has a gorgeous upper deck and a spacious lower deck with a full bar, galley kitchen and seating for 60+. We can provide the linens, flowers and mroe to make the space extra special. We also offer our "Commodore Saloon", which is a private space for a group of up to 30 that you can rent during one of our public cruises. This is a great fit for a Bachelorette party, small rehearsal dinner or intimate wedding!
