The booking process was seamless, and he worked with us to create a custom menu that fit our theme. We chose a mix of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs. My husband and I STILL talk about how incredible it was, and I honestly think we will be talking about it for years to come! We also absolutely LOVED the outdoor BBQ setup! It was such a fun, unique touch to our wedding and added so much to the atmosphere. Everything was beautifully presented, thoughtfully arranged, and executed so seamlessly.
