I can't say enough positive things about Tammy and her staff at the Forum, they were amazing to work with and so attentive to detail, they treated our event like their own. From thoughtful placement of decor to the exceptional meals, to ensuring we were pleased throughout the day, we never worried about the next thing because we knew it was already taken care of. They handle everything, from tables, chairs, and linens to catering and bartending, which made the planning process so much less stressful. It was such a relief to know that so many important details were already covered, and that everything came together seamlessly on the big day. What really set this venue apart, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely excited to be part of our day. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. Colby, the venue coordinator, was an absolute joy to work with. Colby is not only super fun and easygoing, but also incredibly responsive and organized. No matter how many questions I had, Colby always replied quickly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process. I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all you did to help make our reception a roaring success. I thought everything went great and I personally had a fantastic time. I don’t think it could have been any better. Many of the guests told us and me how nice the venue was, how great the food was and how nice all the folks that were working the party were. So please pass on our thanks and gratitude to them for making the party one to remember. I want to especially thank Charles for his help and guidance from start to finish. He really helped us make the correct decisions throughout the process which helped lower the natural worry about how it would turn out. Plus he really worked your butt off during the party making sure I (the bride) had water, a drink, or if there was anything I needed at all. Thanks again for everything.. it was perfect.

The Butterfly Pavilion was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we reached out, their communication was quick, and they were so kind! The team worked with us to create a fully customizable experience, and the venue was so spacious, there was tons of room for all my guests. There was even room for two food trucks at the reception. The venue itself was the most beautiful we toured (so beautiful in person), with a serene and secluded feel while still being close to the city. The bridal suite was a dream to get ready in, and we loved driving around the property to take the most beautiful photos(we were shuttled around in a golf cart). The Butterfly Pavilion's preferred vendor list was also incredibly helpful in planning our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue - it truly felt like a fairytale come true!

The wedding management plan was worth it! Ashley was so helpful in answering our questions, preparing before hand and helping everything go smoothly the day of. The venue has many decorations and setups to choose from so we didn’t have to purchase many things. Alan, the chef, was also a pleasure to work with. He is friendly and a good listener. Everyone was on top of things to help our day run smoothly and even helped us find a photographer last minute when ours canceled six days before the wedding! I recommend this venue to anyone looking for a low stress wedding planning experience.

I truly cannot imagine getting married anywhere other than The Wheeler House. From the start, they made the planning process feel so smooth and enjoyable, and our wedding day was absolutely beautiful- even with cold and rainy weather, they still made everything feel warm, seamless, and so special. She handled every detail with so much grace and care - even when little things came up, she took care of everything so we could stay fully present and enjoy the day together. That meant so much to us. Our ceremony and celebration felt so meaningful, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was. The Lodge at Old Mill was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! The beautiful patio for cocktail hour and the spacious, rustic interior were exactly what we were looking for. We were able to fit 150 guests very comfortably. The bridal suite was also very spacious and provided plenty of outlets, which made getting ready very convenient. From our initial tour, the communication with their team was thorough, organized, and transparent. They provided a day-of coordinator who went out of her way on the wedding day to bring us appetizers to nibble on before we got busy meeting all of our guests. She anticipated all of our needs and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, the value and quality of the Lodge at Old Mill met our expectations, and we would recommend it to any couple planning their wedding.

From start to finish, our experience with this venue was exceptional. The team was consistently responsive and even took the time to check in on us personally, which made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. Just as the title says! Mahi was very kind, helpful, and accommodating in helping me and my coordinator plan my wedding! Shuttle service ran smoothly according to guests. Working with this venue made planning our wedding so unbelievably seamless and easy! They are on top of everything, down to every scheduled meeting between design, food selection, event timeline and final planning. A special shout out to Lauren with the Design Studio who made my aesthetic vision come true! The florals and decor were just spectacular and exactly what I envisioned. We had our ceremony out of the terrace with about 120 guests and it was absolutely perfect! You are also provided wonderful wedding director for day of as a ‘right hand woman’ and I couldn’t speak more highly of both Kari and Jasmine who helped keep our day on schedule!
