“The Secret Garden At Rancho Santa Fe was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! This venue came with the best team and I would 10000% recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless experience and beautiful wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team was responsive, quick, and clear in their communication, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Kendra did our initial tour and did a great job laying everything out on the table so there wouldn’t be any surprises. We could not believe everything that was included and the value- but it truly is an all inclusive experience. Mary was great with communication and answered all of my questions (even the really silly ones). On the day of, the quality of their work was truly amazing - they executed my vision perfectly, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Tammy, Ellen, and Brian who were our incredible photo/video team, went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and ensure we had a fun, memorable experience. Last but certainly not least - Laura was our coordinator and she was absolutely EPIC. She played such a huge role throughout the process and relieved so much of my stress through multiple meetings and emails. She made sure everything was perfect the day of, kept me calm (which is not easy to do) and was an absolute gem. She is truly one of a kind and the absolute best - I could not have asked for a better coordinator. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our special day perfect (and EPIC) in every way. It truly was the dream team and a dream wedding - thank you epic events for everything!”

They know the venue inside and out, which meant they could anticipate issues before they happened and solve them on the spot. “Our experience having our wedding at Big Bear Mountain Resort was absolutely amazing!! From the planning to the venue to the staff to the food, everything was fabulous. Here is the breakdown of our experience: Planning Process: Working with Elizabeth, the BBMR coordinator, made planning so much easier. She was super responsive - always quick to reply to emails or texts - and really helped me think of details and questions I might have forgotten on my own. She kept everything organized and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, which made the day feel completely stress-free. The Venue: The locations we used were beautiful and worked really well for our wedding. Ceremony (Top of Chair 2): Taking the chairlift up to the ceremony was a fun experience that our guests really enjoyed. The ceremony site has a gorgeous view of Big Bear Lake and is surrounded by trees. The wooden arch they built was a nice touch. For ADA guests who couldn’t take the chairlift, BBMR can drive them up, which was great. Cocktail Hour (Hog on the Rocks): The cocktail hour deck had amazing views of the San Jacinto mountains - it felt like we were on top of the world. Even though it’s up on the mountain, we had an open bar and a tasty charcuterie board for everyone to enjoy (I’m pretty sure you could choose to do hors d’oeuvres up there too, but we didn’t personally choose that). Reception (The Meadows): The reception area at the base of the mountain was cozy and inviting, with string lights, fresh mountain air, and a roaring fire. It was a great space for everyone to relax and have fun. The Staff: The staff were fantastic. Guests commented multiple times on how friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful they were, and how they really helped make the day run smoothly. The Food: The food was really good - definitely better than what you might expect at a mountain venue. We went with the Timber Ridge menu (salad, tri-tip, garlic-roasted chicken, vegetables, and thyme-roasted potatoes), and it was all delicious. They were also flexible with dietary restrictions, which was helpful for some of our guests. The Price: After looking at a bunch of other venues, I felt like BBMR was the best value for the quality of the venue. Preferred Vendors: BBMR’s preferred vendors list made choosing vendors easier. We used the photographer and bakery from the list, and both were excellent. Lee Stockwell captured beautiful photos, and the strawberry champagne cake from Sister My Sister Bakery was both delicious and a hit with our guests. The Extra Touches: BBMR went above and beyond with adding little details that made the day feel complete—directional signs, lanterns on the tables, themed cake-cutting utensils, and even gold sparkles in the signature cocktails. Those small touches really added to the overall experience. So basically, I would 100% recommend BBMR for your wedding!”

“I had the absolute pleasure of getting married at this venue just a month ago, and I can confidently say it’s a hidden gem! Everything came together beautifully. We chose the Elite Package and worked with their in-house florist, Events by Floral Sensations (amazing floral arrangements omg!), DJ from JC Entertainment, and cake vendor, Bo Cakes, while bringing in our own officiant and photographer. Every detail went above and beyond my expectations. I'm still getting compliments on how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food tasted! Iveth, our coordinator, was incredible. She made the entire process so smooth and stress-free, which truly says a lot coming from someone with a Type A personality who usually struggles to let go of control (LOL). The venue also provides a wedding planner to help keep everything organized and on track, which made the planning process so much easier for me. The day of coordination went without a hitch and Kyle, our DJ, did such an amazing job with the music for our ceremony and the reception and Iveth was on top of everything! The food was absolutely delicious! Admittedly, we were a little hesitant after sampling it at the extravaganza, where much of it was overcooked, likely due to the small bite-sized portions prepared for the crowd. But don’t let that discourage you. On the actual day, the prime rib was cooked to perfection, the sides were flavorful, and everyone kept raving about the tray-passed appetizers. Will set aside a special platter of appetizers for my husband and me so we wouldn’t miss out while we were taking family portraits during cocktail hour. The drinks were another highlight! Strong, flavorful, and consistently complimented by our guests! At the end of the night, they packaged up our leftover cake, 2 plates of leftovers to go with a bottle of champagne with a thoughtful thank you note. I would do it all over again! I am so glad I came across Wedgewood Weddings, you guys have an incredible team! To the Orchard Team: Iveth, Will, Sara, Anissa, Krystle, Kevin, Oscar, Rileigh, Abby and Marcella, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so special. We couldn't have done it without you all! And Will, thank you for being so awesome and letting us feed your catfish LOL and the turtles at the end of the night.”

Since she knows the layout of her property so well, she knew what decor would look good, and where to place furniture and vendors. Jennifer assisted with the supervision of our chair and arbor deliveries, and was the point person for the rest of the vendors, so the bride and groom could relax. She made the whole event seamless! The communication leading up to the wedding was solid, so just make sure to double-check any photo spot details closer to your date. Crystal and her team set up everything the day of for me, so I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about one detail. I was able to enjoy the morning with my bridesmaids and really feel my best. If I had to do this all over again, I would 100% pick Hawk Ranch as our venue. “My husband and I got married at Secluded Garden Estate back in February. I have no regrets in choosing this venue. There were some hiccups right before and after our event happened. The venue owners were very kind and welcoming to us and what our vision was. It is on their home property so be prepared to share the smaller Bridal Suite area and possibly hear some noise as you’re getting ready. There was no all inclusive package available for us so we had to bring EVERYTHING and get it from, outside vendors. We chose this so that we could make it more our own. They did offer heaters for a certain price but we chose not to use them after all. The day of staff were so incredibly helpful, all the men that were there offered to lend a helping hand to our family as they cleaned up. Because of this, there was some miscommunication between us and the vendor owners. So, please be clear with the staff that you do not want to get charged for something that you aren’t supposed to. Also, make sure to just communicate with the owners of how you should coordinate with the vendors, such as day and time of drop off and pick up. (Ex. Tables and chairs) Overall, we loved this venue. It was what we had envisioned for our special day and we are blessed because of it. Hope this helped someone!!! :D”

“Me and my husband recently got married here at the Beverly Mansion. It was truly the perfect day! VENUE: Of course, Grand Tradition is absolutely beautiful (it is what we were initially drawn to). Their landscape is always luscious and VERY well-kept. Gorgeous bright green lawns and colorful flowers. You hardly even need any ceremony décor. This venue is pretty enough on its own. COORDINATION: We had a coordinator swap midway through planning, and ended up with Lisa. She was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the whole entire process such a breeze and easily answered any questions/concerns we had. Lisa was professional, organized and extremely friendly. We loved getting to work with her. She worked her butt off during the entire process, and it showed on our wedding day. Everything ran SO smooth. Lisa made sure to keep us on schedule and handled all the vendors, everything went without a hitch. STAFF: The entire Grand Tradition staff we had on our wedding day exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived I almost felt like a celebrity. We were treated with smiles, enthusiasm and care. The whole team was professional and really knew how to put on a wedding. I had two bridal assistants, Mackenna and Kaitlyn, who were absolute angels. You both really made me feel at ease with our little chats. You were constantly checking in on me, fixing my dress, holding my drinks, getting me food and doing anything I needed throughout the entire day. FOOD: You never really know what you are going to get with wedding food, but I think Grand Tradition has some of the best. That had SO many options when picking out what we wanted on our buffet, it made it easy to accommodate all different tastes. Our guests are still telling us how amazing their food was. Everything was truly delicious! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. If you want a fairytale, stress-free and perfect wedding, this is the place to go!”
