    Wedding

    We had our wedding at Carter Lane Estates, and it couldn’t have been more beautiful! We had our ceremony on the lawn, tucked away and surrounded by gorgeous landscaping of rock work and olive trees. We had our reception in the barn, and everything was exactly as we hoped. Jennifer was so kind, communicative, and very easy to work with! Since she knows the layout of her property so well, she knew what decor would look good, and where to place furniture and vendors. Jennifer assisted with the supervision of our chair and arbor deliveries, and was the point person for the rest of the vendors, so the bride and groom could relax. She made the whole event seamless! Highly recommend this place!

    This is a beautiful venue! Photographing a wedding here is so easy because everything is in one place, from getting ready rooms to an indoor receptions space.

    Amazing Venue!

    This venue is perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony and reception. There is lush greenery with lots of privacy and space for both outdoor or indoor weddings! The areas to get ready are great for beautiful getting ready photos as well as spacious for large groups. The ease of getting married here along with the beauty of the space made it an amazing experience.

Yes, during the warm months the building can be cooled with evaporative cooling.
Yes, we provide 1-3 security guards depending on the size of your event.
No, pool safety is the responsibility of the renter and guests.
Pets are not allowed on the property. However, registered service animals are permitted with pre approval by management.
For all bookings, 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking to save the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. If your reservation is made less than 30 days from your event, then the full amount is due at the time of booking.
All personal items, food, and alcohol must be respectfully cleared from the premises on the evening of your event. We also request that arrangements for rental pickup are made in advance and adhere to a timely schedule.
Yes, self parking is available on Carter Lane and 41st Avenue.
Yes, food and beverage services are the responsibility of the renter and not offered by Carter Lane Estate.

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible with the exception of the bridal suite.
Your booking grants you a total of 12 hours on the property. This period includes everything from setting up to celebrating and cleaning up afterward. You can begin as early as 10 AM on the day of your event. We kindly ask that all activities, including cleanup, are completed and the property is vacated within these 12 hours to ensure smooth transitions for all our guests.
