“The Safari Park is a stunning wedding venue that I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique and memorable wedding day. We chose Kijamii Overlook, which had spectacular views of the safari area, with giraffes, rhinos, and antelope visible throughout the ceremony and reception. When we first toured the venue, we were blown away that we could actually have our wedding in such a beautiful and unique setting. The entire experience, from our initial tour and planning through the wedding day itself, went incredibly smoothly. Our sales coordinator, Magda, was informative, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. That responsiveness stood out immediately. When I first called, I was able to speak with someone right away and schedule a tour within a couple of weeks. With other venues, we sometimes waited weeks just to hear back. The planning process itself was an absolute breeze. Our coordinators, Anna and Delaney, gave us their full attention throughout, and the wedding day went as smoothly as we could have hoped. We were blown away when we saw the venue with the tables, flowers, and full setup in place. Another huge plus was the included park admission. Many of our guests spent the day exploring the Safari Park before the wedding and loved it, which made the whole experience even more memorable. The catered food was also absolutely delicious and genuinely exceeded our expectations. Overall, the Safari Park was an easy 5/5 for us. The setting is spectacular, the staff were fantastic, and the entire experience felt incredibly special. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, memorable wedding venue—especially animal lovers.”

“We had our wedding at the knife house, or more a 4-day long weekend with about 50 friends and family. While most stayed at hotels in Palm Springs, the Knife house was the central gathering point and the venue for our ceremony. The house and the grounds are beautiful, but most importantly the host was amazing to work with. Very accommodating to our needs, super responsive and all around professional. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a better host.”

“Our experience having our wedding at Big Bear Mountain Resort was absolutely amazing!! From the planning to the venue to the staff to the food, everything was fabulous. Here is the breakdown of our experience: Planning Process: Working with Elizabeth, the BBMR coordinator, made planning so much easier. She was super responsive - always quick to reply to emails or texts - and really helped me think of details and questions I might have forgotten on my own. She kept everything organized and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, which made the day feel completely stress-free. The Venue: The locations we used were beautiful and worked really well for our wedding. Ceremony (Top of Chair 2): Taking the chairlift up to the ceremony was a fun experience that our guests really enjoyed. The ceremony site has a gorgeous view of Big Bear Lake and is surrounded by trees. The wooden arch they built was a nice touch. For ADA guests who couldn’t take the chairlift, BBMR can drive them up, which was great. Cocktail Hour (Hog on the Rocks): The cocktail hour deck had amazing views of the San Jacinto mountains - it felt like we were on top of the world. Even though it’s up on the mountain, we had an open bar and a tasty charcuterie board for everyone to enjoy (I’m pretty sure you could choose to do hors d’oeuvres up there too, but we didn’t personally choose that). Reception (The Meadows): The reception area at the base of the mountain was cozy and inviting, with string lights, fresh mountain air, and a roaring fire. It was a great space for everyone to relax and have fun. The Staff: The staff were fantastic. Guests commented multiple times on how friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful they were, and how they really helped make the day run smoothly. The Food: The food was really good - definitely better than what you might expect at a mountain venue. We went with the Timber Ridge menu (salad, tri-tip, garlic-roasted chicken, vegetables, and thyme-roasted potatoes), and it was all delicious. They were also flexible with dietary restrictions, which was helpful for some of our guests. The Price: After looking at a bunch of other venues, I felt like BBMR was the best value for the quality of the venue. Preferred Vendors: BBMR’s preferred vendors list made choosing vendors easier. We used the photographer and bakery from the list, and both were excellent. Lee Stockwell captured beautiful photos, and the strawberry champagne cake from Sister My Sister Bakery was both delicious and a hit with our guests. The Extra Touches: BBMR went above and beyond with adding little details that made the day feel complete—directional signs, lanterns on the tables, themed cake-cutting utensils, and even gold sparkles in the signature cocktails. Those small touches really added to the overall experience. So basically, I would 100% recommend BBMR for your wedding!”

“Wedgewood was like a dream come true for us! We had been searching for almost a year for venues, and we finally found the orchard. The venue location was beautiful, small and intimate for our wedding. From day one, the team at the Orchard really helped us make our dream come true. They were incredibly flexible with us, gave us ideas even we hadn't thought of, and with the premier package we selected, it removed so much additional stress we would have had to worry about. The day of our wedding, we had some delays on our part but our day-of coordinator Anissa really pulled through for us, and beautiful day went without a hitch. Our guests loved the environment, and they STILL talk about how delicious the food was (It's currently my biggest brag). 100% over and over, I would HIGHLY recommend a Wedgewood venue to anyone looking to get married without so much added stress, big or small. Thank you Wedgewood!”

“Where to even start!? Miller's Landing was the most amazing venue starting from our initial visit when we first toured. They have been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire wedding process. My husband and I just got married in September 2024, and it was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have hoped for. We got married when the California fires had us all concerned that our wedding could even happen...Kellan, Terri, and the Miller's Landing team were especially amazing then. Kellan, the one I was in contact with the months leading up to the wedding was so responsive. She answered emails quickly and very thoroughly. She gave great suggestions and tips for our day. Terri, was so kind during the visits and made us feel at home right away. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and the barn makes for an intimate and warm reception. Our month of/day of coordinator Ashly was also amazing. She made sure everything ran smoothly the entire day. We did not have to worry about one thing the entire day, and it made the getting ready portion of the day so memorable and relaxing. Our cocktail hour/reception was so fun. The bartenders from R&B Mixing Co were awesome and had our guests happy. The appetizers, dinner, and late night snacks provided by Fox in the Woods (venues caterer) was absolutely delicious. We still have people telling us it was the best wedding food they have had. Overall, our wedding was truly the best day, and we just want Miller's Landing to know how much we appreciate them. We would recommend this venue a million times! My husband, is a wedding videographer and was very picky when we toured wedding venues, and his expectations were met and exceeded. Thank you Miller’s Landing! photo cred: @brettandtori”

“The Morada was exactly what we were looking for in a venue. As soon as we pulled up we knew it was the right place. The accommodations were sparkling clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The kitchen in the main house is thoughtfully and thoroughly stocked, which made our stay even more homey. It's not cold and thoughtless like a lot of AirBnb's these days— it feels like someone's treasured home that's so well cared for and cozy. There was a lack of closet space which made it a little tricky given we had a lot of formal wear to hang, but we made it work. The casita is also well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. The owners allowed us to customize the space a bit to our liking, and the extra house allowed us some much-needed privacy during our wedding weekend. The outdoors are breathtaking and the big, open sky is stunning. The sunsets and stars are like no other— it feels like you have the desert to yourself. We enjoyed short hikes on the property, and there is plenty of outdoor seating to rest and relax in the shade. The bonfires at night were a great addition when it got a bit chilly and for some added romantic atmosphere. Our guests raved about how beautiful everything was— and while perfection wasn't our goal, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration of our love. I'd be remiss to not mention Pablo and Devon specifically, who were incredibly helpful throughout the process, but especially in the weeks and days leading up to the event. Devon helped us navigate any logistical questions or challenges, including everything from a significant amount of package deliveries to requests for extra clothes hangers. We encountered an unprecedented rainstorm the day after our event, and Pablo helped us move our rentals under the porch to avoid any damage fees. Every time we looked up from our to-do list, Pablo and Devon were busy getting the grounds ready for us while simultaneously somehow staying out of the way of the main action. They were like our fairy godparents. I cannot thank them enough for their labor which contributed greatly to everything running smoothly. I highly recommend using a day-of planner or coordinator to help navigate the vendors— our amazing planner, Yu and Us, stepped in to do this and it helped us focus on other details while the groundwork of the party was laid out. We mostly used vendors recommended by the venue as it is a unique location that requires some extra logistics. We held 3 events— a welcome dinner & Paebaek (Korean tea ceremony), the wedding, and a brunch— all outside, and all special in their own ways. We also stayed an extra night, Wednesday through Monday, which I can't recommend enough so you can soak in the beauty of the space and the desert as long as possible. As a lesbian interracial couple, we never received even the slightest hint of judgement or negativity from anyone we interacted with. We're grateful to have experienced a space that felt safe for queer people, both for ourselves and our guests. There wasn't a moment where we didn't feel welcome and celebrated. Thank you to the Morada team for an unforgettable week!”

“We got married in August 2026 and we honestly could not have chosen a more beautiful place for our wedding. From the very beginning to the end of our special day, everything was absolutely amazing! A special thank you to Crystal, the venue manager and our day-of coordinator, who was truly phenomenal! She is professional, talented, organized, and incredibly accommodating. She listened to our requests and went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding we dreamed of — and we absolutely did! Having someone like Crystal taking care of everything made such a huge difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy our day. One of the things we loved most about Hawk Ranch is their all-inclusive wedding package. When you book the venue, you have an incredible team of vendors included, such as the florist, bartenders, officiant, cake, DJ, catering, and photo booth. You only need to arrange your photographer and videographer, and they even provide a list of preferred vendors to choose from. It made the entire planning process so much easier and less stressful. I dreamt of a wedding that was romantic, outdoor, feminine, and classy, and the team at Hawk Ranch brought that vision to life perfectly. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the venue is especially magical at night when all the fairy lights come on. It created the most romantic and unforgettable atmosphere. Our guests could not stop talking about the wedding! We received so many compliments on the food, décor, venue outdoors, and all of the vendors working on our wedding. David Cutler, our officiant, was brilliant. So many of our guests has comments like, “This was the best wedding I have ever been to!” and “How did you find this place?!!!” We all had the greatest time. Hawk Ranch truly helped make our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more. We will always cherish the memories we made there, and we are so grateful to the entire Hawk Ranch team for making our wedding so beautiful and unforgettable. If you are looking for a gorgeous outdoor wedding venue with an amazing team and an all-inclusive experience, I would absolutely recommend Hawk Ranch! Thank you, Hawk Ranch, for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!”
