While attending culinary school, she started her career at The St. Regis Hotel & Resort. It was there that she realized she wanted to focus on the sweeter side of food, and transferred into the Pastry kitchen. It was there that she learned how to make all sorts of sweet indulgences, including chocolate sculptures, tarts, petit fours, and most importantly cakes!!! Sweet as Love was soon born, and she’s been delighting clients ever since. Her passion and talent is designing and creating stylish, unique, and contemporary cakes.
