The Barn at Deep Creek is a converted cattle barn set in a picturesque backdrop. The Barn has both indoor and covered outdoor spaces, a designated cocktail table area with a deck, and ample grass areas. There are multiple options for ceremony locations. We have Bride and Grooms suites for wedding party preparations. The property of the barn is a combination of cypress ponds, pine forest, pastures, and a canopied creek. The property is very private and secluded. We are only 15 minutes from downtown Gainesville, but it feels a world away.

The Wooly provides plenty of space for any entertaining opportunity! This classic venue hosts Wedding Receptions, Concerts, Cocktail Parties, Holiday Parties, and more. In-house catering is available through The Top and a full bar tailored for your event.

The Depot Event Space is situated in the historic heart of Gainesville, at Depot Park. The building was placed on the US National Register of Historic Places in 1996. The Depot began in August of 2016, and has rapidly grown into a desirable destination for weddings, reunions, birthday parties and more.

The Barn at Lakeside Ranch while rustic on the outside, is elegant throughout on the inside. The walls are covered in beautiful yellow pine with a chandelier at the center & chiffon fabric draping the ceiling throughout. The Groom's Lounge will not disappoint providing two large leather sofas, a TV, mini-bar, pool table & full bath. The Bridal Parlor has luxurious victorian seating, chandelier lighting, vanity bar for hair & makeup, mini-bar & full bath. We include tables, chairs, tablecloths & select decor with our packages. We also include set up & take down of all decor inside the barn & the back covered patio. Our full wedding package starts at $5,000 up to 100 guests & then $20 per person thereafter. This package allows access for your special day & part of the day prior if available. The micro-wedding package starts at $3,000 up to 100 guests & $20 per person thereafter. This package is available Sundays through Thursdays & is limited to 7 hours with 1 hour for cleanup.

San Marco Preservation Hall, a registered historic landmark, was built in 1888 as St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Hall was moved across the St. Johns River and eventually made its way to scenic Fletcher Park on Atlantic Boulevard. Henry Richardson purchased the High Springs property in 1891 and built the Opera House in 1895. The building was designed in the Romanesque Revival style of architecture. The Opera House was originally designed and built as a socially acceptable venue for entertainment in the then rowdy railroad town of High Springs in 1895. Back in the old days, the High Springs opera house played host to countless itinerant vaudeville performers. The second floor was used as an opera house, theater and social hall, and in the 1920’s as a movie house.
