Built in 1979 as the home of Dr. William and Karen Toomy, Kateri was designed for warmth and hospitality. The one-floor layout features three elegant great rooms, intricate brickwork, solid cherry floors, and over 100 windows that flood the space with light. Stained-glass windows from a historic Waynesboro church add timeless charm. The Guest Wing includes the “Something Blue Bridal Room” and a private suite with a Sleep Number bed for the couple. Outdoors, enjoy mountain views from the front deck, a tranquil Japanese garden by the back porch, and a poolside gazebo with a fireplace. The side lawn is perfect for dancing under the stars. Kateri offers a truly unforgettable setting for weddings, anniversaries, and special events.

Camp Holiday Trails is a beautiful 70+ acre nonprofit camp located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Open year-round, we engage children and teens with medical needs. Special event and wedding rentals support our inspiring mission. Many joyful, loving, fun and playful weddings have taken place with us and the wedding weekend with lodging is a favorite "wedding destination" package of choice.

MeadowCroft Farm has been a working family farm for 7 generations. Located just outside of Staunton, Virginia in the rural community of Swoope (pronounced Swope). It is named after Jacob Swoope, the first mayor of Staunton and a land developer in the late 1700s. MeadowCroft Farm is situated in southwestern Augusta County, in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We are just a short five-mile drive from the Interstate I-81 and I-64 Staunton bypass. The renovations and updates to the adjoining cabins were completed in 2018. The Inn at MeadowCroft opened to delight guests with this beautiful, historic property. Our rooms are named after members of the Swoope family in keeping with the history of the inn and the local area. Our Honorable Jacob Swoope suite is in keeping with someone of the first mayor of Staunton’s status.

If you want the convenience of having your ceremony within feet of your reception, or if your guest list is much bigger than estimated our pond side pavilion has small covered area and enough space for up to three 50'x90' tents!
