“Ket was absolutely lovely to work with. She did an amazing job at our perfect, pink, antique-inspired wedding. Ket made me feel completely at ease and truly took the time to explain things to me and understand our vision. As an anxious bride, I really appreciated our several planning calls, tablescape mockup, her virtual CAD modeling, and that she even invited me to go to the floral wholesaler with her to select our roses. I also loved being able to follow the behind-the-scenes process of her creating the arrangements on Instagram. Ket’s positive attitude, calming words, and kind smile during even the crazy parts of our wedding day truly touched me. Despite rain, Ket and her team set up our arbor through the storm and in record time (and with a baby on her back). She truly is a super woman! Our other vendors commented that they’d never seen anyone put up an arbor so fast and beautifully. Everything turned out even more beautifully than we could have hoped for or dreamed of! Ket was able to donate our roses to a nursing home after our wedding which was the sweetest touch. We appreciated Ket’s commitment to sustainable practices. Ket is incredibly kind, helpful, patient, talented, and passionate. We would recommend One Last Avocado Floral Design to all of our friends.”

“Many amazing qualities - from the sustainable use of in-season plants, aromatic plants, and willingness to help transform bridesmaids bouquets to center-pieces post ceremony, I couldn't recommend Honeysuckle Farm enough. What I appreciated even more was her flexibility in working with my budget - while several florists in the area turned me down when I wasn't able to meet larger minimums, Honeysuckle Farms listened to my priorities list and crafted an offer tailored to what I most wanted. Totally transparent pricing and high-quality work. Florals were not my priority, so we didn't communicate too frequently. When we did speak Honeysuckle was kind, considerate, and showed she was thoughtful and deliberate in questions/responses. I think the communication quantity would have changed if I had more specific requests or a larger purchase. My jaw DROPPED when I saw the wedding arch she made for me. This was far beyond my wildest dreams and (I felt) a REALLY good price. Would recommend Honeysuckle to anyone, but particularly for folks who aren't looking to spend 5k for bouquets and basics***(obviously pricing is based on market and seasonality).”

“Because of all the florals already there due to the nature of the venue, and all the florals and plants they filled in, I didn’t feel the need to have a ton of florals, so I did them myself! I found Flower Moxie here on Zola and they were so great! If you are thinking about DIY’ing your florals, I would definitely recommend looking into Flower Moxie! They have some set packages you can chose from, but I upgraded to the highest personalized package and it was so worth it. I got to have a phone call with the florist and they put together a custom package, and they definitely killed it, the flowers were exactly what I had in mind. There were so many resources and they went through everything so well I felt so prepared and we had almost no issues putting all the florals together. All of our florals still looked fresh and beautiful on our wedding day, and some of the florals in our arch arrangements lasted WEEKS. A word of caution though: it is definitely a lot of work, so just ensure that you have enough time in town before your wedding (i.e. you can’t fly in the day before your ceremony, if you are traveling to that location) and enough people to help you (for putting together, transporting and anything day of). I actually really enjoyed getting to do my florals myself, and would highly recommend if you are creative and DIYing your wedding!”

“I had the absolute best experience with The Faux Bouquets. The flowers were absolutely stunning for my wedding. The owner, Brittany, was so kind and even called me to make sure my wedding wouldn't be affected by Hurricane Helene. Thankfully, my area was not affected, but I just really felt that was a special kindness that needs to be called out. But again, the quality of the bouquets, micro sprays and greenery was so great and photographed so well! And all at a fraction of the cost of real flowers that would have just been thrown away at the end of the night! The delivery and return process couldn't have been simpler! “Cassidy put together the florals for our wedding this weekend. We ordered arbor flowers that Cassidy recycled to our cake and sweetheart table. Unfortunately the wind during the first half of our reception was a little WILD so my current photos of that aren’t able to do it justice until my photos come in. However, I have some photos of the flowers before I sent them off for preservation as well. We also used Cassidy for rentals of pillar candles and bud vases. She assembled those and had welcome table greens for us, my bouquet, and my husband’s boutonniere. I was constantly adding things to the list like some spray flowers for my photographers for my flat lays. But she managed it. Cassidy attended our walk through to make sure that she saw the property and knew where our flowers would be doing. She provided some inspiration photos based on what I wanted and she delivered on that for sure! I think the centerpieces in particular were EXACTLY what I was looking for. She really nailed those and they turned out beautifully. When we didn’t know what we wanted or struggled to get a good vision going, she made some suggestions and went through the pros and cons with me of options. They were amazing at their communication leading up to the event and delivered the bouquets promptly according to our schedule the day of the event. Their punctuality gave our models enough time to rehearse the runway with their florals. Aside from their great professionalism, Zombie Flowers is a super creative company. Their floral arrangements can be described as wild, yet put together giving a very unique aesthetic that you can't find from Etsy.
