The Convocation Center at Ashland University can handle groups of six to 1,000 people in a 20,000-square-foot facility, which is the largest of its kind between Cleveland and Columbus. Our center is equipped to meet all of your needs, including service equipment, tables and chairs, food and beverage and high-quality audio/visual technology. We also have a team of award-winning, professionally-trained chefs and service staff to cater your event.

The Medallion Club is a classic country club and ballroom wedding venue located in Westerville, Ohio. Couples can choose to use any of the four event spaces, ranging from scenic indoor to uncovered outdoor areas. Use the main ballroom for your grand reception, able to hold up to 330 of your loved ones. This space sports a large dance floor, intimate lighting, and lovely views of the pristine course outside. The grounds have so many picturesque locations it’ll be hard not to take great photos!

New Albany Country Club is conveniently located 8 miles from the John Glenn Columbus International Airport and within minutes of a variety of hotel accommodations and all-day activities at Easton Town Center. Downtown Columbus is a short 13 miles away for a city center experience. Located in the serene, pastoral setting of New Albany, the Club offers elegant surroundings for not only Wedding Receptions, but also for Engagement Parties, Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, and Post-Wedding Brunches for groups from 25 to 150 guests. White Rose Barn is an all white barn venue, spacious and airy to create a feeling of surrounding beauty. Every inch of this Barn it's suites and grounds have been selecting delicately to emanate that same vision.

The venue has a large and small kitchen, gathering room, coatroom, banquet hall and bar, bride’s room, and restrooms. The venue is air conditioned or heated. There is a large courtyard with a pergola for Weddings and Receptions. The venue and courtyard are handicap accessible. You can bring alcohol to the venue for guests over 21. We provide a bar and bartender. You may bring ice, beer, wine, liquor, mixes, and soft drinks. We set up and clean up events. Tables and chairs are provided. If you want a formal event, we provide linens and table settings. We steam the tablecloths and set the tables. If you want an informal event, you provide table coverings and table settings. Hot tea, coffee, cream, and sweetners are provided. Salt and pepper and ice water are provided for the tables. We provide two dispensers for drinks. You can hire a caterer or bring your own food. All food must be prepared, and brought to the venue. Chafing dishes are provided. We serve the hot food.
