We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

Our Hallmark-like, unique rustic venue is a 187 working crop and miniature donkey farm, situated on a rural backroad of Highland County, Ohio. The original side of the barn was built pre 1870 and touts massive hand hewn beams and a vaulted ceiling. The barn features modern amenities including bridal and groom's suites, heat & AC, handicap accessibility, prep kitchen and convenient parking. The property also features a pristine 2.2 acre lake with fountain and a large wedding dock. The venue allows you to chose your own vendors giving you more flexibility. Included in the rental cost is all of our extra decor options - photo ops, ceremony arches, table and centerpiece decor, antique church benches and far more!

We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Our heated and screened in patio allows us to use this space all year for cocktail hour!

Alton Farmstead is a naturally-beautiful, relaxed, convenient and affordable place to host your big day! On the west/southwest edge of Columbus, it is currently a working flower farm. The farm was originally a dairy farm, and has multiple historic barns that have been updated to accommodate events. Welcome to The Barn on Chapel Road LLC! The Barn on Chapel Road LLC…is an old rustic original 2 story Amish barn restored and facilitated for large or small events. It finds itself on a country homestead, in the middle of lush grass and beautiful fields of corn and beans. We are located 26 miles west of Columbus, 14 miles south of Marysville, 20 miles north of London and just 4 miles west of Plain City. We host wedding events every weekend from April – November, and are open to hosting holiday events November thru the middle of December.

Freshwater Farms of Ohio is the largest indoor fish hatchery in the state of Ohio and the home of the Ohio Fish & Shrimp Festival.
