She made this 54 year old bride look better than I could have imagined and the make up held up all night long though August heat and lots of dancing! The girls looked fabulous and were also satisfied. One of our girls is vegan and Hannah has vegan product so that was a bonus for sure. She also leaves you with a bit of your lip color so you can reapply as needed and does a little facial before applying make up - also a bonus. I booked with them somewhat far out from my wedding, but my call with Kate, the owner, as a consultation was a match right off the bat. She got to know me as a human not just a bride, and took great care in my vision for my day. Gina, whom I sincerely apologized to for all of my questions and emails (lol) was SO incredibly kind and patient and made any updates to our contract or services any time I asked! Now, onto the artists: I had my trial with Jeannette, who made me feel so beautiful and comfortable, I knew we were a good match! I felt confident with her as lead artist! On the day of, Jeannette, Myriam, Jenna, Lorena and Rene all exceeded any and all expectations. There were a total of 30 (I think) services being performed and I have never seen such a “well oiled machine” of hair and makeup before. They took time and care for each service but also moved so quickly that they were finished early. We didn’t have to start at 6am with that many people, which honestly, was a huge concern. Everyone felt and looked STUNNING and I truly could not stop staring at myself after my hair and makeup were finished. Haven’t gotten all of our professional photos back, so including what I can! Including a before photo, an after selfie, an iPhone photo at the end of the night & one of my professional photos from afar so you can see how glowy and dewy she made me look!”

“I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and that is all thanks to the Makeup Loft! From the beginning, before I even signed the contract, the ladies at the Makeup Loft were a joy to work with. Allie was a wonderful coordinator - she answered all my questions and communicated promptly. My trial was so much fun and I felt like I was truly heard. On my wedding day the 4 stylists - Taylor (MUA), Ryleigh (MUA), Chaney (Hair Stylist), and Mikayla (Hair Stylist) were right on time, set up very quickly, and were ready to go. The kept everyone on schedule and were out the door at the correct time. Logistics aside - everyone looked STUNNING. Like truly the most gorgeous version of themselves. What I love about Makeup Loft is they don't try to transform you; they truly bring out the beauty you already have. There were many selfies taken. The hair was similarly magical. It didn't matter if the girls had the thickest curly hair or the finest straight hair everyone's vision became a reality. I have to shout out my personal stylists who I could not possibly say enough positive things about. Chaney must have special powers because I don't know how she managed to get my hair to look like it did. I have always had fine curly hair, and she somehow got it to look like the pictures below in about an hour. I got so many compliments all night (and yes, it stayed exactly like that all night). And Taylor. Taylor is not only an amazing MUA but she is also an amazing person to have with you on your wedding day. My make-up was perfect. I was glowing and I have never felt more beautiful. She took my trial look and elevated it x1000. The make-up lasted all night through multiple hours of dancing. Taylor also went above and beyond to help with my mom who has dementia. She made sure she looked beautiful and was taken care of all morning. The compassion and care she showed me and her on this day really means and says so much about her, the rest of the team (who were also amazing with her), and the Makeup Loft in general. If you want to look like the best version of yourself, feel like a princess, and be treated like family I cannot recommend Makeup Loft enough!!!”

They worked well within our vision and brought levity and professionalism to the preparations and the day itself—keeping us primped, hydrated, and laughing. We had some small scheduling hiccups in the weeks heading up to the event and things were rescheduled and fit in immediately without batting an eye. Everyone's hair and make-up held beautifully throughout the evening without every feeling restrictive. The perfect choice to help our wedding feel and look effortless!”

“We hired Gals and Ghouls for both hair and makeup. The makeup was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we envisioned, lasted all night, and made everyone feel confident and gorgeous. Meghan was such a joy to have around on the wedding morning and truly helped us all feel our best all day. The hair experience, unfortunately, wasn’t as smooth. I had updated my hairstyle vision right before the trial (from half-up to a full updo) but kept the same boho inspiration — loose curls, braids, and soft crisscrossing texture. The trial missed the mark — the stylist didn’t curl my hair and only crimped the roots for volume, which gave more of an unfinished, 80s-style texture than the soft, romantic look I’d hoped for. It felt so incomplete that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out afterward. I shared my concerns with the office after the trial and re-sent my inspo photo before the wedding, but unfortunately, the day-of styling still didn’t align with my vision. The stylist ran behind, seemed a bit scattered, and the overall results leaned messy and poofy rather than textured and polished. My mom’s curls fell out within an hour (despite her sharing beforehand that her hair doesn’t hold curl well), so she had to have it redone and sadly missed me getting into my dress and a few special moments. My sister’s hairstyle also turned out very different from her inspo. Although my mother in law and sister’s styles turned out nicely, across the group all the styles had a similar “poof” shape that wasn’t reflective of what we’d shown. The team was kind, and the makeup was truly flawless, but I do wish the hair had reflected our inspiration more closely and felt cohesive and finished for such a special day.”

Brides that book with Giulia Grace Beauty receive a bridal preview, skincare consultation, and comprehensive touch up kit for their wedding day that includes a full-size lip liner, lipstick and/or lip gloss. Each attendant/bridesmaid application receives a mini kit with a lipstick sample.
