“Our January 2024 wedding at Le Chateau was beautiful and absolutely seamless. The staff was helpful throughout our planning process, and in particular I want to highlight Tori, who answered all of my questions along the way. The space is gorgeous, and our guests couldn't say enough good things about the whole building. The food was also a huge hit across the board (go for the Spud bar!). We couldn't be happier with our choice.”

“We very highly recommend the Sonesta in White Plains, NY for your wedding hotel block and events! My partner and I got married in March 2024, and the team at Sonesta White Plains Downtown helped make our wedding weekend a lot less stressful. For our wedding, we used the Sonesta for our wedding hotel block, as well as for an after party, and we could not have been happier with how everything worked out with our own rooms, as well the after party event, and the customer service onsite was probably the best we have ever experienced. When we first booked with Sonesta, we worked primarily with Amy, the Convention Services Manager, who was not only very professional, but also extremely responsive, as well as accommodating to what we needed for our guests. Amy and the Sonesta team were all very accessible throughout the entire process when working on organizing the specific timeline and requirements we needed. When it came to coordinating the drop-off and dispersal of the welcome bags for our guests staying at the hotel, as well for planning our shuttles to and from the venue, the Sonesta team made everything very simple and practically effortless for us, permitting us to worry about a few less things throughout the weekend. From the start of our arrival, the staff at Sonesta made us feel as if we were VIPs, despite there being at least two other wedding blocks at the hotel that weekend. When we first checked in, we were immediately greeted by the onsite manager who made sure we had everything we needed and helped us with anything we could. Throughout the entire weekend, the customer service was impeccable, not only for my partner and I, but for all of our wedding guests at the hotel. All of the Sonesta staff were extremely kind and helpful. Additionally, the hotel itself is very nice and clean, and it looked like they had just recently renovated a lot of the various common areas. We also were allowed to use one of their brand new suites as the bridal suite and it was beautiful, and huge! It was also very spacious for the hair & makeup teams in the morning. When it came to the after party, we worked primarily with Dwight, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at the White Plains Sonesta, and he was really great. He was tremendously helpful and accommodating when it came to helping us plan the after party, as well as during the event itself. Dwight made sure everything for the party was set up and ready to go before everyone arrived, and he consistently checked-in on us throughout the event to see if we needed anything. Additionally, the food during the after party and ordered as room service was all really good as well. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the Sonesta White Plains Downtown during our wedding weekend and everything went very smoothly. We really cannot say enough great things about the Sonesta, the management team or the hotel staff at the White Plains location. They were all remarkable and the hotel was exceptional. “La Massaria was a perfect venue for us. Everyone there was extremely kind, thorough and made our wedding day perfect. Jennifer eased my mind throughout the whole process because I did not use a wedding coordinator. Both the day of captain and closing captain were on point and made the venue look stunning with what we brought for decoration. I also can’t leave out the suite attendants. They gave me water and held my flowers when needed and I was so very grateful. The food was delicious and everyone loved the cocktail menu!”

Their communication was perfect throughout the planning process, always responding promptly to emails and calls with a friendly and helpful attitude. The beautiful waterfront setting and delicious cuisine made for a wonderful event that all my guests are still raving about. “From the minute we walked in the grand salon to look at the venue for our wedding, we knew this was the place. We were met with attentive service, wonderful staff, and a gorgeous backdrop for our special day. Jocelyn and Danny in particular took extra special care of us, especially from the tasting up through our wedding day (and even checked on us after!). Jocelyn made sure the day of went so smooth and took care of so many behind the scenes details. Danny worked with us to make signature cocktails based on our specific tastes and we were given plenty of drinks at our sweetheart table. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and the beauty of the hotel and grand salon. It was everything we could have hoped for!”

“Absolutely the most beautiful accommodating venue in Chester County. If you have your wedding here, it will not disappoint. They only allow 1 wedding a weekend so you get they full 3 days to set up, have your wedding and then clean up the next day. The owners, Mary and Frank, are super accommodating and its obvious how much they care about each and every wedding they have at their property. Not to mention it is drop dead gorgeous and our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was.”

They were very helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Having a coordinator through Capriotti's as well also made the wedding planning process and day itself much more relaxed. “I got married here in June and only have positive things to share!! Our ceremony was held outdoors and was gorgeous. There are endless spots to take beautiful pictures. All of the staff genuinely care about you and never made me feel like just another wedding- and it was noticed! Friends and family all commented how wonderful the venue was and that they appreciated everything being in one place. Alana, our main contact, is so thoughtful & easy to work with and made everything as seamless as possible. She handled everything the day of- it seriously was as stress free as I could imagine! Maria, the bridal attendant, is an absolute dream! She felt like family by the end of the day. She steamed everyone’s dresses, arranged the suite beautifully for pictures and even set up our “details” picture. She knows exactly what she’s doing and was always there to make sure things were running smoothly and provide added support. Everyone raved about all the food, especially cocktail hour (the mac and cheese station was a hit and so were the vodka chicken parm quesadillas. I also personally loved the passed flatbreads and buffalo chicken spring rolls). Once we got to the reception, the night flew by but we truly had such an amazing time!! Maria was still tending to me throughout the night when I needed her- she was there to bustle my dress and make sure I was eating enough!! We then had our after party there and the grilled cheeses were a great addition for a late night snack. Getting to sleep on site in the cabin (and having that space the whole day and night) was another added bonus that you won’t find most places. Could not recommend this place enough!!”

“Sara has been on her A game since the beginning of our wedding booking, and knew most of the vendor i needed in such little time. Max and Anna were all professionals in their respective roles. Max was the most helpful giant in the ballroom when I needed something he was there arm reach. I am forever grateful for him and Sara for being there from the beginning till the end and Sara continues to be of any of assistance to us after the wedding was over. She’s a gem”

“The location on the river is lovely, and convenient to the airport for your traveling guests. Bridezilla be warned that your outdoor ceremony may briefly be interrupted by an airplane! While weather cooperated with our plans to have an outdoor ceremony, we had a backup plan for inside. The facility itself is beautiful, and surprisingly accessible for your mobility impaired guests. Danielle was extremely helpful in the process! She is knowledgeable, coordinated expertly with vendors, and made our special day awesome.”
