Originally called Cold Spring Ranch due to an ice cold spring. The Dorrington Hotel was built in 1852 by John Gardner who married Rebecca Dorrington and moved her out from Scotland. The 1800's barn easily accommodates 80 people for a sit-down event with an adjacent field for tenting and a total capacity of 250 guests.
