A canopy of mossy oaks surrounds the outdoor ceremony site with market lights strung to create a romantic glow. A paved walkway leads to your happily ever after where vows are exchanged in front of our wooden gazebo. In the air-conditioned reception room, guests will enjoy comfortable seating under our lofty ceiling where draping and twinkle lights create a delightful starry sky atmosphere. Scars Farm is a grand event venue with a capacity of 400 guests and a host of areas for celebrations of all kinds. Its an idyllic 54-acre site that offers a large strawberry-shaped pond lined and rolling green fields that overlook beautiful wildflowers on our lake, making it a unique and tranquil backdrop to your special day. Forever can start in our 5,000-square-foot glass barn and 3,400-square-foot open barn that accommodates beautiful outdoor receptions. The open barn offers views of our strawberry-shaped pond and palm trees, while the glass barn is the crown jewel of the property. There are five indoor/outdoor ceremony locations to choose from. Idlewood is a wedding venue located in Bartow, Florida. Formerly known as the Peace River Country Club, the property consists of more than seven landscaped acres and features Bartow’s Golf Course. We started our Ranch in 2008 with just cattle. We built our house here in 2011 and in 2012 our son and daughter in law decided to have their wedding here. After that we had a lot of people asking to have a wedding or an event here, so we decided to build our Barn to share our beautiful property for weddings, receptions, parties, fundraiser or special event.
