About this venue
Our nine acre property provides perfect backdrops for your most special moments! Five acres of active grapevines surround our Farmhouse, which was built all the way back in 1900 and still features some of the original flooring and as well as the wood staircase. Two ceremony sites are yours to choose from, the Vineyard or the Lakeside. Our Vineyard site is nestled amongst the vines and sits at the base of a very large and old Oak Tree. The largest of our two sites, the Vineyard also features our onsite Wishing Well for couples married on the property. The Lakeside site provides a smaller, more intimate experience with the view of gorgeous Lake Thonotosassa at your backs. A dreamy Bridal Suite awaits on the second floor of our Farmhouse, and not to be forgotten, a Grooms Bunkhouse down by the lake. Draping the front of the Farmhouse, our reception area features 3,000 square feet of covered space with all new lighting and sound.

The Lakeside ceremony site is the smaller of our two sites and is more suited for an intimate gathering of friends and family. The site hosts beautiful waterfront views of Lake Thonotosassa and is perfect for your cocktail hour, ceremony, or reception!

Our Day Dream package allows guests access to all 9 acres of The Osprey View for one full day. Access on property includes your choice of two Ceremony Sites (Vineyard or Lakeside), a gorgeous Bridal Suite on the 2nd floor of our 124 year old Farmhouse, a Grooms Bunkhouse across the street and directly on the lake, our 3,000 square foot covered reception space, and more!

This option includes everything inside our One-Day Package, but also offers onsite accommodations for up to 10 guests with check-in beginning at 3:00pm on the day before your wedding ceremony and ending with checkout on the day after your ceremony, time TBD between you and I.

From our first conversation with The Osprey View, we knew we'd found our venue. The team responded quickly to every question and explained things in a straightforward way that made planning easy. Their stunning 1920s farmhouse is preserved beautifully and provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. On our wedding day, everything ran without a hitch thanks to their flawless coordination and seamless execution. We are incredibly thankful we found them, and honestly, it was the best venue decision we could have made. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Osprey View!
I booked the 3 Day Dream at Osprey View, and it was truly beautiful! The venue itself is stunning, and so many of our guests complimented it after the wedding. One of the best parts was the ease of the entire experience, we didn’t have to rush out at the end of the night or rely on family and friends to help pack up. We were able to gather our things the next morning calmly and peacefully. Josh and Kayla were wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process! They made the experience run super smooth. It even rained on our wedding day, and they were so accommodating, helping us time the ceremony perfectly during a pocket of sunshine so we could still have it outdoors. I’m so grateful for this space. It was perfect in every way. 100% recommend!

Perfect Venue
The Osprey View was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, the communication with Josh and Kayla was fast, understanding, and incredibly communicative. They were truly hands-on and accommodating, helping to make our 3-day wedding weekend seamless. The venue itself was gorgeous, with a huge, beautiful space that allowed our wedding party to stay on site the day before and after the big day. We were so thankful to have had our most special day at the Osprey View, and we're forever grateful to Josh, Kayla, and their amazing team for making it all possible.

The Osprey View Wedding
The Osprey View was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted them, their communication was efficient, timely, clear, and empathetic. When we unexpectedly found out we were expecting a baby and needed to change our date, they worked with us to make the adjustment free of charge. On the day of our wedding, which happened to be the coldest and windiest day of the year, the Osprey View team was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Josh was by our side all day, ensuring the wind didn't disrupt our ceremony and addressing any questions or concerns we had. The venue itself is functional, high-end, spacious, open, and absolutely beautiful. We're so grateful to the Osprey View team for helping make our special day everything we dreamed of and more.

Beautiful Venue
The Osprey View was a beautiful venue and the perfect setting for our wedding in October of 2025. We signed for three days which allowed for ease of use and access for a rehearsal the day prior, being ready on site the morning of, and not having to go anywhere else the night after. We used the house for our bridesmaids to stay the night before and it was clean and well kept. The groomsmen stayed in the lake house and were able to spend the night there before the wedding with no complaints. Having all our main wedding party on site allowed for peace of mind on our wedding day. For the day, everything went perfectly smooth. I was a little worried with it being all outdoor, but the weather was kind to us that day and the lake right there provided a cool breeze all day. We used the vineyard as our ceremony site which I would recommend as it was large, quiet, and had a great view. The reception was on the deck in front of the house which was bigger than it seemed and we had no issues fitting our 70 guests. Overall, us and all our guests had an amazing time and guests are still telling me how beautiful of a wedding it was.
