I got in touch with the banquet manager for my wedding, and He explained me every minor detail about the setup, decor, food, stage. They were very kind to accommodate extra guests on the day of the event. The banquet is clean, spacious and looks beautiful. The bridal suite which comes with all of their wedding packages, was so helpful and I got ready in my room comfortably.

We highly recommend The Seville Chicagoland as a wedding venue. Desire was amazing to work with - she communicated promptly and professionally every step of the way. The space itself is elegant without the high price tag, giving great value. On our big day, The Seville really came through for us. When some out-of-town guests couldn't make the rehearsal, Desire allowed us to cancel without penalty. She also helped with DJ equipment rental when our original rental fell through. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or coordinator for our special day. The Seville handled all the little details and last minute changes beautifully. We're so grateful for the role they played in making our wedding day stress-free and magical.

Two daughter’s weddings in 16 weeks…our most recent event was at the BRIX 260 on Nov 7th and we had an outstanding experience with the BRIX 260! Rob and team walk you thru every detail! Ample parking, no downtown traffic jams…a beautiful location on the Fox river. Open vendor policy and I highly recommend all our vendors: 11th hour bartending, mortar design for China rental. Drapery by SNP. Service was provided by Twin2Me me and catering by Francesca’s in Barrington. The day was flawless! A wedding for 220, we reserved the space for 2 hours the evening prior which assisted with DIY decor and rehearsal. Huge plus! The entire team at the BRIX was amazing, professional, pleasant to work with.  Timely to reply or answer questions. Down to a science, the space was converted from ceremony to appetizer hour in minutes. Many oooh and ahhh when the reception curtains opened:) Guest had a great time with the Photo Booth and we never felt crowded. The adjunct lighting after dinner was a beautiful compliment. Private bride entry hall is well thought thru, the chef prep space includes an ice machine and the spacious bridal suite includes a bathroom!!!! Iykyk The bride and groom were very pleased! Rob, my only suggestion would be the purchase of a food warmer for the chef prep kitchen :) Sincerely, Mother of the Bride

HPF was a DREAM! From the moment we first toured, to our fall tasting, to our beautiful wedding day. We knew we chose the most perfect venue! I will try to keep it condensed because I could go on forever raving about our experience. We toured a few locations before settling on Eaglewood. It was an easy decision because no other venue made us feel more at ease with the process. We met with Eileen during our tour and she was so detailed, organized, and wonderful to us. It was obvious that she knows exactly what she is doing and we wanted to go with a location where we could feel we were in good hands. Planning a wedding is the most stressful event we had ever planned and we wanted to trust the vendors we picked. Eileen was always so responsive and made helpful suggestions along the way. She kept detailed notes of everything we wanted and really helped us make our vision come to life within our budget. My husband and I wanted our wedding to be a blend of our Mexican/Indian culture and it was important that these details showed from the music, to the food, to the decor. Eaglewood helped make that happen, even helping is create a whole menu that represented both cultures. During our tasting, the chefs were very accommodating and personally came out to make sure we were happy with the food options. Our guests still rave about the food and many have said it was by far the best food they had at a wedding. This was very important to us. At times we would hang out at the bar after our meetings with Eileen and the bartenders were also super friendly. The front desk employees were always quick to greet us. We always felt so welcomed by everyone. The day of our wedding everything went perfectly. Absolutely nothing went wrong and Eileen was on top of things, even details that I hadn’t considered. Mind you, she was working two weddings at the same time, mine and someone else’s. But all our vendors said they received quick responses and were able to coordinate well with this venue. I can’t thank everyone enough at the Eaglewood for this experience. I tell everyone about the resort and have recommended them to people who are planning a wedding.

It was a pleasure to work with Jodi at the Belvedere Banquet. She was amazing and made it very simple and easy at every step. I saw the prices and we talked about any changes along with the price for any changes. I got a packet that clearly stated what was included so I did not have to guess or question anything. We agreed on everything and I put down a small payment. Next payment could be spread out or in my case since the wedding was so close, I just paid in full. No extra fees were added on. Over the next few weeks, I had a few questions arise and she answered everything within the same day or next business day. My vendors were able to set up earlier than expected which was nice for them. I stayed next door at the hotel which was very convenient. They have doors that open between the hotel lobby and the banquet lobby. Plus a beautiful indoor lobby and outdoor courtyard for pictures. I loved the tall ceiling and the windows at my wedding. The food was amazing as well. I got many complements from my guests about the quality of the food. Many guests also enjoyed taking pictures in the lobby. Food was served at a timely manner. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We hosted our welcome drinks here and also utilized this hotel for our room block. Our stay was made better by such a helpful team, particularly Taylor and Patty were incredible. The hotel was renovated a few years ago and the rooms, bar/restaurant, and pool areas all still felt newer. Great option if near your venue!

From start to finish, Company 251 was an amazing choice for our special wedding day. From the very first tour of the venue, we had a very enjoyable experience and felt very confident choosing them. The communication with staff, specifically Rachel, once we booked was fantastic! Every little question was answered and there was constant communication from day one. Food was delicious, catering staff was fantastic, bartenders were friendly. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, the food, the desserts, the decor. We were also very impressed with how flawlessly the day went, transitioning from ceremony, cocktail hour, to reception, everything went off without a single stressor. Even at the end of the evening, our day of coordinator Ashley, gathered and packed up all our decor and made sure we didn’t forget anything! I had my wedding Astoria Banquet Hall and it was absolutely incredible. Throughought the process, the management team (Max, in particular) was very helful in all regards. He made us feel welcomed, always reassured us, and always knew the answer to our questions before we even asked them. Instructions, choices, layout and format was all very clear. It was very helpful to a Type-A planner like myself. My wife and I had had our food tasting and the Chef was very friendly. He made us feel at home and the food was incredible. He and his staff made sure that all food accomodations were taken care of. On the day of the wedding, the staff was so kind and welcoming. They assisted us immediately in whatever we needed. It felt like we were working with Family. We recommend Astoria to any and all who want to have an amazing venue for any special event. But as always, you reap what you sow. We made sure that we and our party gave the up-most respect to Astoria Staff and Crew, and because of that, we were met with equal, if not more, kindness and respect! We're very grateful for them!
