The Norman D. Banquet Hall has a rich history of being part of our area’s special days and fun times. From its beginnings over 40 years ago as the Knights of Columbus Hall, meeting place and bingo hall. It has hosted numerous weddings, fundraisers, graduation parties, and birthday parties to mention a few. Three years ago, when thinking of selling the hall Robert Dille was approached by a decorator expressing an interest to buy a part of the hall. Patterson Fruit Farm Wedding and Event Venue is located North West (behind) our Farm Market at 11414 Caves Road Chesterland, Ohio 44026. Six generations of the Patterson family in Chesterland have played their part in connecting people with where their food comes from. It has turned into the present destination for families looking for quality fruit and fun opportunities for their children on the farm. We offer our Banquet room for indoor wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests. We have multiple outdoor sites for wedding ceremonies. Our apple orchard is well suited for an outdoor tent event for up to 400 guests. The Buckeye conference room for meetings, gatherings, training classes during the week for up to 30 guests

Built in 1861, the White House offer rustic charm, 100 year old heritage gardens, and during August, a breathtaking field of 1.2 million sunflowers! The house even has its own "She-Shed" decorated with velvet furniture and a crystal chandelier.

The Yellow House is a beautiful historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 expansive acres of farmland. The house annually attracts thousands of visitors and wedding guests when our field of 1.2 million sunflowers blooms in August. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse which seats up to 50, as well as the manicured grounds which seats up to 300 in one of our tents.

Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades.
