About the owners: Kersie and Tim, originally East Coasters, created Twisted Jacks LLC out of the love of pretzels and our dog Jack, the golden retriever. After starting the company in Colorado, they took their roots down to South Carolina to spread the love and taste of their pretzels!

Cooking and creating meals for others has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My dream began watching food network instead of cartoons as a small child and finding myself inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. I’ve worked for years in hospitality and now I get share my love of cooking on a more personal level, creating custom meals for families and friends to enjoy together. I love food because it connects people and helps create memories that will last a lifetime. I look forward to bringing my passion, creativity, and years of experience to your next special event or celebration.

As lead Chef, I set out to start Carolina & Foods After my culinary journey around the world and after networking and putting the right team in place we were able to get the ball rolling having done almost 300+ events both in LA and around the world.
