The tasting process was seamless and customizable, and there's so many amazing combinations to choose from. Our final cake was DEVINE, she even let us do two flavors (churro and berries with cream), and each were so delicious. We had so many guests compliment our amazing cake. When it came to the design, we had multiple communications back and forth until we refined the perfect look. And it was absolutely stunning. I know it was my own wedding cake, but it was truly the most beautiful one I've ever seen. On top of all that, her customer service was beyond exceptional. On the night of our wedding, my husband and I only got one bite of cake because we were so busy - the leftover cake was placed in our fridge. We took it home, excited to eat some leftovers while we packed for our honeymoon. Well, the next morning came around, we were on the plane to our honeymoon destination, and I realized I completely forgot about the cake!! I was devastated. I reached our to Gingerly Baked, who prepared a special tasting of our wedding cake flavors when we returned home from our honeymoon so we could actually enjoy our wedding cake. It was wonderful, and I am so appreciative to the team for their incredible work!”

“Armana made our wedding cake for our elopement and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I had so much trouble finding someone willing to make a cake for us because it was a very small elopement, only six people, and it was on a Monday. So many bakeries either never called me back or took weeks to respond. One bakery even quoted me 600 for a six-inch cake. Armana was the complete opposite. She responded, was kind and professional, charged a very reasonable price, and was happy to accommodate the flavor requests I had. Our situation was also a little complicated because our flight to Phoenix arrived the same morning we needed to pick up the cake, and we had to drive it to Sedona. We needed the cake to stay refrigerated for the trip, so I shipped Armana a cooler and ice packs ahead of time. When we arrived, she had everything perfectly packed and ready to go for us. She truly went above and beyond to make this work for us, and I’m so grateful. The cake was beautiful, delicious, and such a special part of our day. I would absolutely recommend Armana to anyone looking for someone talented, reliable, and genuinely helpful.”

“We would recommend Barnett Suites time and time again for any occasion! The pricing was extremely fair and after our wedding cake tasting I could not WAIT until wedding day to get some more bites. We had 165 people at our wedding and had ordered 450 mini cupcakes along with other desserts and people were grabbing them by the handfuls before our exit. Thankfully our planner also grabbed me and my husband a few to snack on later in the night because they all ended up getting grabbed. We opted for a simple design on a faux cake with two slices in it for the cutting and it worked out perfectly. Highlyy recommend!”

My husband and I were even more excited to find that the cake tasted even better than it looked. “Valerie was lovely to work with and made our wedding day so special! She was easy to communicate with, responding quickly to any questions and concerns we had as we planned. She often offers tasting packs, which allowed us to try a variety of flavors prior to making our final choices. She has a few display options available to rent as well, which made our lives easier because we didn’t need to purchase and manage cupcake stands, etc. She delivered the cupcakes to the venue the day of our wedding and, since we were outdoors and it was quite warm, instructed my family on the best ways to display/proper timing for taking them out of the fridge. I didn’t even know she was there! She asked for another point person to connect with and handled all of it on her own which was very helpful. All of that, and the cupcakes were incredible! She also offers cutting cakes if that is something of interest. We’d highly recommend her for your wedding!”

“It is truly an understatement to say I love cake. It is actually my weakness! So when I was searching for a bakery or baker to make my wedding cake, I really wanted to make sure I was not only going to love the look and taste of it but also choose someone that is actually passionate about it. I reached out to so many places and no one responded so kindly and promptly like Natasha. It is no doubt that her work is impeccable (what you see in pictures does not do justice to how even MORE beautiful it is in person), but her communication throughout the process and commitment to executing your vision is incomparable to other bakeries and bakers. I had a very intimate/small wedding (15 people), and other bakers made me feel like my event wasn't worth their time and effort to make, but Natasha was so sweet and kind - made me feel like she genuinely wanted to make our day special. I especially loved that she offered a cake tasting for us even though we were only ordering a small 2-Tier cake. Other bakers refused to do a tasting unless I was intending to spend over 700. All of the flavors she offered were SOOOOO good! It was tough to choose one but we are beyond satisfied with the berry shortcake flavor Everyone at my wedding was so impressed by the cake. So clean, chic and timeless. She truly executed my vision from just the one inspiration picture. Unfortunately I did not get any clear pictures of the cake due to the dim lighting in the restaurant . My guests were also amazed how moist and tasty it was too (make sure to follow her recommendation to serve cake at room temperature to enjoy at its full potential). You can really feel the love, time and effort she puts into her work!!! A TRUE TALENT. She was very honest and reasonable when it came to pricing as well! I definitely plan to work with her again for future events”

She has all of her options clearly laid out on Instagram. Only difficult part is actually deciding what you want because it all sounds so great! We went with a two-tier 8”/6” round cake which was plenty enough for our 80-ish guests. One tier was lemon and one tier was lavender cake both with the vanilla bean buttercream frosting and it was amazing! Be sure to book with her as soon as she opens her books for the month of your event. You won’t regret it!!”

Portia (sorry if I misspelled it!) was absolutely amazing! the tasting went wonderful and she was very professional! the cakes we wanted were not super crazy but she nailed every part of them! We did a 2 tier marble cake which was amazing, the groom's cake was a Georgia themed Football which was 1 part carrot cake and 1 part red velvet which left us speechless, and the absolute show stopper was the banana pudding cupcakes! Oh my gravy these were the talk of the night! All the cakes were so moist and rich but also decadent and tasted like happiness lol! In regards to Portia herself, I would have to say she is a pleasure to work with! I had at least 3,475 questions throughout the process and she was so patient and understanding and on time!! “Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). I emailed her about 7 months in advance and she responded quickly and had my contract sent out almost immediately. I gave her the venue’s contact information and she coordinated the delivery so I didn’t need to worry or do any more work on my wedding day. We decided on the cutting cake and cupcakes for guests, we received so many compliments on the carrot cake flavor and the cream cheese buttercream icing was a huge hit! The quality, beauty, and value was everything I could have wanted.”
