She was very professional and patient with me, even when my plans changed or I needed to add to my order. I am not the best at putting together a bouquet. I had a moodboard I was working off of and not only did they get it, they totally elevated it and blended the vision into the natural surroundings of our venue. They worked with me to repurpose our ceremony florals for the reception to help us save cost. Jeff had created some amazing custom vessels that were so perfect for our tablescape. I just couldn't believe how everything came together so perfectly. It was the natural, moody but spring-time feel I was going for and more. Communication with Kaleigh and Jeff was easy and seamless throughout the whole planning process. Kaleigh and I had one call to talk through the initial vision and a second call closer to the date to finalize things and make any changes necessary. Our wedding plans changed so much and we needed to change the venue and add a lot more vessels closer to the date and it wasn't an issue at all. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“We worked with Jaime at Lake Tapps Floral for our wedding and had a great experience from start to finish. She was quick to respond to our messages and always gave us clear information about what she could do for us. For our big day, we ordered an arch piece, two bouquets, two boutonnieres, and a flower girl basket with petals, and everything arrived on time and looked beautiful. Jaime even showed up early to help us set up the arrangements, which made a huge difference in how smoothly everything went. When we realized daffodils weren't available for my groom, she found a beautiful silk one that worked perfectly as a replacement. A couple of flowers had some dead petals, but overall the arrangements were gorgeous and the prices were fair. “No matter what part of our wedding set up you looked at, you saw something arranged with the beautiful pastels that Sam and her team at Moonflower Design Co provided us with. From archways, to the table arrangements, everything was perfectly executed. September is Dahlia season and you can truly not go wrong with those due to the variety of colors and their beautiful texture. Sam also incorporated ornamental kales and cabbages into our table flowers which added a whole different texture than you usually see to our arrangements. She communicated very clearly and her teams execution of the day of set up was great. She made my bridal bouquet to the exact look I was hoping for, and the orchids were something I didn't even think about at the beginning and now i cant even imagine the whole thing with out their beautiful cascades coming off the arrangement. She also integrated some paper butterflies from another local artists shop that i bought to put into the arrangements. They were amazing at their communication leading up to the event and delivered the bouquets promptly according to our schedule the day of the event. Their punctuality gave our models enough time to rehearse the runway with their florals. Aside from their great professionalism, Zombie Flowers is a super creative company. Their floral arrangements can be described as wild, yet put together giving a very unique aesthetic that you can't find from Etsy.
