In some cases, we began smoking your meat yesterday to ensure you get the perfect quality barbecue. We smoke our meats in small batches, all-day, every-day. Brim Cafe and Catering is the first of its kind, featuring authentic ethnic Mediterranean gastronomy influenced by the Owner and Chef's Middle Eastern roots. As a local Milwaukee, tight-knit, family-ran business by a husband and wife, we work closely with our couples from beginning to end to create a fun and stress-free wedding planning process. The founder of India House, Jagmohan Jayara, has always wished to serve society with food that touches the soul and brings to life the Indian culture. To fulfill his dreams, he opened up India House Restaurant in Schaumburg, Illinois in 1993. Our Schaumburg location is now a banquet and catering facility. Our newest creation is Bombay Chopsticks, featuring Indo-Chinese cuisine. It's located next to our Hoffman Estates India House location. India House offers a wide range of services such as dining, catering, deliver, buffet, and banquets.

I founded Maison Cuisine in hopes to bring amazing food & service to clients at a fair price. I LOVE cooking, so I'm always in the kitchen checking on our chefs! I also have a passion for design, which I thin helps with our food presentation.

Since 1995, China Moon has bartended for dive bars, house parties, underground events, celebrity bashes, and fine dining establishments in NYC and the Midwest. She’s an old soul with a heart for gardening, reading, music, dancing, animals, and, when it’s safe again, putting her passport back in the rotation. She holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant business management, was the Private Dining & Event Manager at The Edgewater Hotel from 2016-to 2018, and is a member of the Beta Beta Psi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. China Moon is an eager reader (and dotes on Stephen King and Dean Koontz novels.) She loves aged Brugal Rum on the rocks with lime.

Mila Furman is an accomplished private and personal chef, instructor, and food blogger serving families in Chicago, the surrounding suburbs, and lower Wisconsin. Clients who have worked with Mila and the Girl and the Kitchen team have come to rely on them to provide delicious, wholesome food that impresses everyone—and leaves no one hungry. Mila and her chefs work to create a custom menu and experience for each catering event.
