The entire process really fulfills me. Beyond that, I love the collaboration. From planning with the client to prepping and preparing everything with my team, to the final set up, execution and break down of the event. All of it fuels my fire.

TRAIL BREAK launched 7+ years ago and we were lucky to quickly find our schedule FULL during those first few years (and every season since) due to our casual yet professional approach to this business! A hidden gem located in South Burlington, Pauline's offers a variety of different brunch, lunch, dinner, and bar packages, with plenty of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options. Our venue can seat up to 40 guests and we are able to accommodate off-site catering requests for up to 150 guests, perfect for your next event!

Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
