Big Hollow Kitchen is a Vermont pop-up caterer serving fresh, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches cooked on-site. We specialize in wedding weekend breakfasts, bridal party meals, and post-wedding brunches.

Pricing starts at $3,000 for up to 50 guests and includes on-site breakfast sandwich service during your wedding weekend. We travel up to 2 hours from Burlington, Vermont. Currently available on 8/16, 8/30, 9/13, and 9/27.

    Lots of Love for Big Hollow Kitchen!

    Big Hollow Kitchen catered my friend’s bridal shower and I highly recommend. Their sandwiches are delicious and creative (and veg-forward), and the energy they brought to the shower was so positive and fun. We were very satisfied all around!

    Above & Beyond catering!

    Kelly prepared our wedding appetizers and thoughtfully created a menu blending our cultures. She researched and executed Colombian and Jewish dishes beautifully-my Colombian family was amazed it was her first time and even asked for her recipes! She also spent hours preparing a brisket that was completely gone before the music even started. Her beautiful presentation of the appetizers was the perfect finishing touch.

    Brunch Catering

    We hired Big Hollow Kitchen for a full brunch the morning after our wedding and were so glad we did. We had a big group in Vermont for the weekend, and there weren’t many food options nearby, so it was amazing that they came to us and set everything up at the house we rented. The food was honestly so good and everything felt really fresh. Amanda and Kelly were super friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole thing feel relaxed and easy.

    Amazing!!

    Amanda and Kelly did a bridal brunch for my wedding and it was honestly one of my favorite parts of the whole weekend. There were about 15 of us getting ready and they made it so easy and fun. They made homemade cinnamon rolls (so good), fresh fruit, and did made-to-order omelets which everyone loved. They also had bacon and crispy potatoes, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best bacon I’ve ever had.They also have a great vibe, highly recommend booking them!
