Big Hollow Kitchen is a Vermont breakfast pop-up founded by Kelly and Amanda. We cook everything from scratch using ingredients from nearby Addison County farms. Our specialty is made-to-order breakfast sandwiches on homemade English muffins, served with crispy potatoes, seasonal fruit, and house-baked treats.

We cook on-site so guests get a real, hot breakfast, not something sitting out. Our homemade English muffins and from-scratch approach set us apart, along with a more interactive, made-to-order experience. We also offer flexible brunch menus, from sandwiches to full spreads with quiche, pancakes, and sweet rolls.

    Amanda and Kelly did a bridal brunch for my wedding and it was honestly one of my favorite parts of the whole weekend. There were about 15 of us getting ready and they made it so easy and fun. They made homemade cinnamon rolls (so good), fresh fruit, and did made-to-order omelets which everyone loved. They also had bacon and crispy potatoes, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best bacon I’ve ever had.They also have a great vibe, highly recommend booking them!
