Yes! We are proud to offer free ground shipping on most items sold on Zola. We also offer free, easy returns within 90 days of delivery for most items sold on Zola as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. We will email you a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Please note though that all paper products are final sales and not eligible for return. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please reach out to Zola within 30 days of delivery to ensure that we can get you the proper replacement.
Free shipping is not available on some items (such as furniture) that have a delivery surcharge due to the size, weight, or special handling necessary to make sure your order arrives safely. Returns of these items may also be subject to a restocking fee. You can learn more about our return policy here.
If you're returning a gift you received from someone else, we’ll refund you in the form of Zola store credit. If you’re returning an item you purchased yourself, we’ll refund your original form of payment. Refunds will be equal to the full amount paid, less any shipping surcharges and/or restocking fees (if applicable).

To return a gift you received off your registry, head to your gift tracker and select “Return.” You’ll receive your refund in the form of Zola store credit. This credit will never expire and you can put it towards any of the 50,000 gifts in our store.
To return an item you purchased yourself, head to “Orders You’ve Placed” and select “Return.” We’ll refund your original form of payment, less any shipping surcharges and/or restocking fees (if applicable).
Note: For items purchased in our Wedding Shop, the return policy varies and may be shorter than 90 days due to the nature of these items. We encourage you to check the “Shipping & Returns” section on the item’s product description page (see screenshot below). All items will have a corresponding return policy listed on their page, and any items that are final sale will be listed here as well.
