What is your return policy? How do I initiate a return?

We offer free, easy returns within 90 days of delivery for most items sold on Zola as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. You can learn more about our return policy here.

Returning an Order You've Placed

Orders You've Placed can be returned by clicking the Return button next to the product. We'll process your request within 1-2 business days, and send a prepaid return shipping label to get the item off your hands. We'll refund your original form of payment, less any shipping surcharges or restocking fees (if applicable).

Need a replacement? No problem! Use the same form to request a replacement instead of a refund for any order that arrives less than perfect.

Returning a Gift You've Received

To return or replace a gift, head to your Gift Tracker and click Return next to the item. If returning, we'll send over a prepaid return shipping label, and issue a full refund in Zola Credit to be used on another product in our store.

What if I don't see a return button next to my gift or order?

It's likely that part of the order is still processing or the return window has expired. Not to worry though, Contact Us and our team will make sure we resolve it for you.
