Hi, I'm Shamar owner and operator of SM3D. I started the videography and film journey business in 2018 to expand my filmmaking experience. ​ I'm a multidisciplinary artist with a background in Videography, Animation, and Design. Hence the name SM3D, I take great pride and pleasure in every wedding I film and every project I'm working on. Every film is created to be unique and heartfelt.

I treat every couple's wedding as if it's my own. I want them to be comfortable, relaxed as if we are friends. I'm not just another vendor, I'm the person that will catch the laughs, the tears, and the party. I will cheer and dance the night away with you, camera and all. SM3D Welcomes and Films all weddings no matter Gender, Race or Religion or Sexual Orientation

We recommend you book as soon as you have your finalized wedding date.
A $500.00 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the date and time for your wedding. Your deposit applies towards the total amount due. When you are ready I will send you a link where you can review the quote, sign the contract, and finally make your payment.
Balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day, but you can always pay the remaining balance off using the provided digital invoice.
Clients shall be refunded the remaining balance of the wedding. The retainer used for booking itself will not be refunded. If the wedding is canceled a week before the date of filming the client shall be refunded 70% of the remaining balance. We definitely understand there are circumstances that happen in life.
Yes, Travel fees will be applied for locations over 30 miles away. If traveling outside of Louisiana, the client is responsible for the videographer's hotel stay, the day of the wedding.
The estimated turnaround is roughly 6 weeks to 3 months after the wedding date. It takes a while to go through all the video footage and pick out the right scenes and angles for the final edit.
Yes, We absolutely do. We enjoy the excitement of the couples and party seeing each other for the first time.
The final film is delivered through digital download.
Consultation with the Bride and Groom one month before the wedding. During that consultation, I want to get to know you. It's important rather than just showing up to the venue and filming. We will cover the start times for each person. The main focus is "YOU" The shots will be carefully placed so the moments will not be missed.
