Owner/Head Videographer

Born and raised in West Michigan. Jon graduated from Grand Valley State University where he studied his passion in videography. He started Picket Fence Studios, LLC to follow his dream to capture memories for you for years to come.

We offer a comprehensive full day experience. We will be there from the beginning of the day starting with hair and makeup to the Bride and Groom leaving the reception to ensure your special day is captured fully.

    Best Videographer Ever!

    Jon is fantastic! We hired him to capture our wedding day, and he truly went above and beyond. He came the night before to assess the church layout, filmed parts of our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and immediately felt like part of the celebration. On our wedding day, he was with us from sunup until we finished celebrating with our favorite people. He worked tirelessly to capture every special moment while making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. Jon is incredibly talented, professional, and so much fun to be around. If you’re looking for a videographer who genuinely cares about your day and goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend him enough! 10/10 recommend! We can’t wait to relive our day through his work.

    THE BEST

    At first I didn’t want a videographer at my wedding as I didn’t think it would really matter but in the end I am so glad I did!! The memories that were captured are irreplaceable and working with picket fence studios was so amazing! They made me feel comfortable and let me be myself helping with anything I needed and bringing some amazing ideas to the table as well. I still watch my video and to this day it brings me to tears with how beautiful, unique and memorable it is, I can’t wait to show my kids one day!!

    Wedding Video

    I used Picket Fence Studios for our wedding video. He captured the day absolutely perfectly!! He was easy going and personable, me and my husband really enjoyed working with him. The video we received brought tears to both our eyes, he captured moments we missed (being busy with wedding things). As well as moments we would want to remember forever. I am so happy we decided to go with Picket Fence Studios as our videographer!! If any is looking for a videographer, I HIGHLY recommend him.
