Storyteller

After years as a wedding videographer, a couple I filmed who met while hiking the Appalachian Mountains completely transformed my approach to storytelling. Their story inspired me to move beyond trends and create films that are authentic, timeless, and uniquely personal. While every wedding follows a similar timeline, no two couples are ever the same. I love getting to know your family, friends, and the relationships that shaped your journey. Each wedding is a new creative opportunity to craft a meaningful film that preserves your memories for generations to come.

This is the package for those who want me to tell the whole story about the day you met until now! We will film in multiple locations that help tell your story. This could be the location of your first date, your hometown, your favorite sports venue or rock climbing in Yosemite. I will come up with 5 keywords that define your relationship and build your film around those 5 keywords. I'll also use my "4 Pillar" system to make sure I tell a story that is the very best it can be!!

    True Storyteller that dug deep into our Love Story

    I am truly so thankful for Jesse and his team. His talent in catching and documenting special moments on your wedding day is beyond what you can anticipate. The art of taking those special moments and forming a video with music and voice recordings from the ceremony and speeches is not something just anyone can do. I have to say, our wedding videos are BEYOND. The more we watch them, the more thankful we are to have hired Jesse and his team. Besides the fact that Jesse was so wonderful to work with from our first phone call to the day of our wedding, he is so kind and has amazing attention to detail. He caught everything on our video "wishlist" and gave us some of the best tips before the wedding. He asked for our vows, speeches, and ceremony script ahead of time and then incorporated video shots with special words as they are played. All around, incredible! I'd hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to no end!

I edit all my couples films! I never outsource or hire a second videographer I don't know well. I'd be happy to give you plenty of examples from personal experience over a Zoom call.
It depends on how hard it's raining. But I do have umbrellas to cover our cameras and lenses.
Definitely! I've had the pleasure of filming in Los Angeles, Carmel, Ireland and Dubai. If your wedding is over 100 miles outside of Sacramento or San Francisco, we’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations.
Absolutely. Reach out anytime to ask about our special pricing for elopements! Please note your elopement must have fewer than 10 total guests.
Once you know your wedding date, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We film a limited number of weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service, so our calendar typically fills up months in advance.
Yes! We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.
We’re happy to offer a same-day edit for an additional fee. Our Same Day Edits rock!! We are one of the few that includes your vows, first dance and even maybe a speech. To top if off our SDE videos are around the 4 min mark. We’ll make sure the final video is done in time for your reception. Price includes projector and screen at no additional cost. $1850
No, we’ll send a private link to share your final wedding video with you. Only people with that link will be able to see your video. Once you have viewed the wedding video and have approved it we will make it accessible to future clients who are getting married at your venue.
I recommend two cinematographers especially if your having two photographers. I can explain the pros and cons over a Zoom call.
I personally recommend a scheduled Zoom call with both of you. You are both making a big spending decision, so it's best I speak with both of you at a time that works for you both.
