Hi, I'm Jack. I founded JL Wedding Films in 2004 right here on Long Island. Over the last two decades, we have shot thousands of weddings, specializing in a fun, candid, and cinematic approach to your big day. We focus on real moments as they unfold so you can look back for years to come with pride. I work quietly in the background, creating space for you to be fully present in the moments. My goal is for you to experience the moments you had and the ones you missed. Which is why we offer each of our couples their raw footage to have as a keepsake.

Yes! We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.

We start either with bride prep earlier in the dar, with first look, or with ceremony depending on the package. From there we capture candid , fun and raw moments during your photo session, cocktail, entrances, dances / other formalities.

No , we use a second stationary camera throughout the day, recording a second angle . Particularly during the ceremony, entrances, first dance and parent dances.

All footage we film is edited by our incredible editing team.

Yes! We cover several wedding per year with both photography and video, and you can view our photography portfolio on our website. Although, our Zola profile is particularly geared toward video at this time.

Yes! We JUST started offering content creation options this year. In short, the content option is shot on a phone, rather than professional video equipment, but you still get incredible quality and professional audio. Along with same week editing and raw iPhone footage.

I (Jack Lambros) still do some of the video shooting myself, but i have a VERY trusted and small team providing quality video and photography shooting if I am unavailable. You can view some of our team members and their work on our about page.
