I started this business because I wanted to combine my talent and passion into something that matters. Weddings are undeniably beautiful experiences filled with love and joy shared between all of your closest friends and family. My goal is not just to capture the wedding day events but to capture the story, people and emotions that you will cherish for a lifetime and have to pass down to your children and beyond as a priceless family heirloom!

I like to get to know each of my couples on a personal level so I can better understand who you are and capture your unique personalities and story on the wedding day. I want you to feel comfortable around me so I am more like a good friend who just happens to be skilled with a camera instead of just the hired help for the day. I also put a big priority on communicating well and quickly with you throughout the entire process so you can enjoy a stress free experience from start to finish!

    Highly Recommend Elevation Films!

    From the very beginning, Andrew went out of his way to get to know us. Before booking, we met to chat over lunch and I could instantly tell he not only loved what he does, but is good at it. After answering all of our questions, I knew we could not find anyone better for the job! After booking, he stayed in touch with us leading up to the big day! Communication between you and the vendors is so important, and Andrew definitely went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. Now let's talk about the video! WOW! It was beyond beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. He captured every moment that we expressed was important, plus some. We really liked how he incorporated the audio from our ceremony throughout the video instead of just playing music the entire time. If you were not there, you felt like you were, when watching the video. I also highly recommend getting the ceremony and reception videos. It was so nice to watch back and see moments I would have forgotten otherwise. I could not recommend Andrew with Elevation Films enough! Thank you for capturing our day so perfectly, we will forever cherish them.

Absolutely! We love traveling to cool locations all around the USA and might even throw in a discount for couples getting married or eloping in some of our favorite locations such as Nantucket, Joshua tree, Utah, Colorado, Atlanta, New York, California, Florida, or Hawaii. While there may be a travel fee, it's generally a minor cost. Please contact us for an exact quote!
Most couples book with us 18-9 months prior to their wedding date. We only accept 25 weddings per year so that we can give our couples the quality time and attention that they deserve. That said, if you have a short engagement or are looking for a videographer last minute then please don't hesitate to reach out! Even if we are not avaliable we can refer you to some quality vendors who are.
Absolutely. Reach out anytime to ask about our special pricing for elopements! Please note your elopement must have fewer than 10 total guests.
Yes! We have up to a million dollars in insurance for any single occurrence. We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.
Yes, we have camera covers that protect from rain but depending on how extremes the weather conditions are our coverage may be limited to 1-2 cameras. We contractually reserve the right to remove our equipment if in danger due to extreme inclement weather, however, at that point, hopefully the ceremony would be moved to an indoors location or delayed until the weather has calmed down.
Andrew Benton (owner) edits and lead shoots every wedding story we capture so you are guaranteed to get the same creative vision and quality that you see in all of our past wedding films.
All of our wedding packages include at least two videographers.
Our packages currently start at 8 hours of coverage which I find is the perfect amount of coverage for 80% of our couples. When we go over your timeline with you and your planner/photographer we can determine if you would need any more than the standard amount.
We have been filming weddings since 2016 and won multiple awards and been recognized as one of the top wedding videographers in the New Orleans market!
