TimberEdge Meadow, just 13 minutes outside of Missoula MT is that magical venue tucked in the forest where you get to do Your Day - Your Way! There is a beautiful babbling creek that provides the perfect photo op. The venue rental includes two and a half days to prepare for the day, celebrate, and tidy up after. A well appointed cabin and smaller ancillary cabin provide space for the couple and attendants to prepare. Electricity and water are available on-site.

    TimberEdge Wedding Venue

    From our first conversation, the team at TimberEdge Meadow showed they really cared about making our wedding day special. They were detail oriented throughout the planning process and helped us bring our vision to life, especially with the flower and decoration setup. The 80-acre property in upper Miller Creek is absolutely stunning, it's only 15 minutes outside of Missoula but feels like you've escaped to another world. The wooded meadow and rustic setting gave us views that took our breath away, and the creative touches made everything feel uniquely ours. We were blown away by how beautiful this hidden gem is, and honestly, we think more couples should know about it. We can't thank the TimberEdge Meadow team enough for making our day unforgettable.

    We had our wedding at this venue and couldn’t have imagined a better setting! Surrounded by trees and mountains, it felt like we were tucked away in the woods celebrating with our closest friends and family. It was peaceful, intimate, and incredibly special. At the same time, it had everything we needed to make the day seamless and comfortable. We loved how flexible the space is. It gave us the freedom to bring our vision to life and make the day feel uniquely ours, while still embracing the rustic beauty of the setting. The owners were fantastic as well. They were great communicators, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process, which made planning so much easier! If you’re looking for a scenic, intimate venue with the flexibility to create something personal and memorable, this is an amazing choice.

Yes, a large area for free parking is available.
Yes, although the venue is insured, the party is asked to provide their own event policy. If there is alcohol served and additional rider policy is necessary. All of the vendors associated with the party also must show proof of insurance.
May, June, July, August, September in Montana are your best bet for the outdoor venue.

Private function like a wedding that aren't open to the general public in our space are generally allowed to BYOB but we highly recommend checking local regulation. (See insurance requirement FAQ)
TimberEdge Meadow is an outdoor site. The terrain is mostly flat but expect normal variation in the ground levels. Bathroom facility accessibility is dependent on who is hired to provide those services at the site.
Your venue rental includes two and a half days to allow for set up, celebration, and clean up.
