At the beginning and end of every evening, all of our guests gravitated to the Bear Grass Saloon in the center of the lodge.
If you're looking for fun and festivity, the lodge’s breezeway bar is the place to be. This space features a wooden bar with a 19th century facade, a wood and glass whiskey cabinet, wine and beer refrigerators, a shuffleboard table, and a state-of-the-art sound system. Crank up the tunes, there are no neighbors for miles! You'll also find Montana heritage collectibles and artwork. Enjoy an ice-cold craft brew and shell your peanuts on the floor while soaking up glorious Mission Mountain views.

The 7,000 squarefoot mountain home offers a fully equipped chef's kitchen, a spacious dining area, a massive rock fireplace, a big-screen TV, and six comfortable bedrooms. From every window, guests enjoy breathtaking scenery, and the decor radiates rustic mountain charm.

This space offers a true Montana feel with decorative items like vintage fishing creels, mounted elk antlers, Pendleton wool blankets, and bent wood accent pieces. In the evening from a seat on the front porch, watch undisturbed reflections of the Swan peaks turn purple as the sun sets in the west. Cozy queen sized bed on main level and plush king sized bed in the loft.

Rustic and intimate, this one-room dwelling sits just over a gurgling stream for tranquility at its finest. Features include a queen-sized bed, a wood burning stove, a fly-tying desk, and the Montana wild as your outhouse. Cast a fly in Cooney Creek and you might land a cutthroat or bull trout!

Stunning Views and 5 Star Accommodations
Oro Ranch is one of those venues that you dream about but don't think actually exist. As a destination wedding planner that has visited and planned weddings all over the world, I can confidently say that Oro Ranch is truly something special. The grounds represent Montana in its most perfect form with sweeping grass fields and dramatic mountain landscapes. The ranch, cabins, and tent are beautifully decorated and stocked with all the amenities you'd expect in a 5 star accommodation. Every detail is thoughtful. The location is secluded yet obtainable. Hospitality is attentive yet relaxed. And the vibe is luxurious yet approachable. Oro Ranch is the perfect foundation to create intimate multi-day mountain celebrations that create immersive guest experiences. I can't wait to return to Oro Ranch to coordinate another memorable wedding.

BLOWN AWAY!
From our first conversation with Deb, my husband and I knew we had found our venue. I had chills speaking to her about our shared vision of what weddings are meant to be and felt like I was speaking to a long time friend. Deb, herself, is one of the biggest contributing factors to us deciding on Oro Ranch. Her communication, attention to detail, and of course, her style are unmatched in the venue industry. The property itself is unbeatable- the photos do it no justice. Tucked away in the mountains- private, untouched, and surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The home is decorated in the perfect mix of Montana cabin with the elegance of Pendleton. Each room is curated to a specific design, has high end luxury bedding, and most of them include a private restroom. The kitchen is equipped with any and all necessary tools. Deb has also a collection of wedding essentials that made it the perfect one stop shop for us. We hosted 38 people for our ceremony and reception- her property had everything we needed. From tables and chairs, to flatware and chargers (which she offered to paint a specific color to match our theme), some decorations, and all the needs for our caterer. We are so thankful we stumbled across Oro Ranch. Our guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to

Amazing Venue!!
Working with Oro Ranch MT has been a genuine pleasure from start to finish. Deb responds quickly to every question and her guidance made planning seamless. What really stands out is how immaculate they keep the property—every detail is thoughtfully stocked and maintained, which made hosting 40 guests for an entire weekend wedding incredibly smooth. They ensured we had everything on hand to deliver an exceptional experience. This is hands down the most beautiful venue I've ever worked at, and that level of care shows in every corner. A Grooms Perspective Oro Ranch
My wife and I spent months searching for the right wedding venue in Western Montana, and when we found Oro Ranch, we knew pretty quickly it was "the one." The property is absolutely stunning, tucked beneath the Swan Range and looking out toward the Missions, and it somehow strikes this perfect balance between rustic, refined, and incredibly comfortable. It can host a solid group of people on-site, which made the whole weekend feel intimate and connected because so many of our friends and family were around, and the location is ideal if you’re coming from Missoula or exploring the greater Glacier/Lake County area. One of the biggest things that drew us to Oro Ranch was that it doesn’t feel like a “wedding factory.” Deb has very intentionally limited the number of weddings they host each year, and when you book the place, you’re truly given the keys to it for the weekend. That level of trust says a lot, and it creates an experience that feels personal, relaxed, and special in a way that more commercial venues simply can’t replicate. You can’t help but want to take care of the place and leave it as beautiful as you found it. Deb was incredible to work with from the very beginning. She’s kind, communicative, laid-back, and just genuinely a great person. You get the sense right away that she and her husband are the kind of folks you’d want to stay in touch with long after your wedding is over. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married. We’re incredibly grateful to Deb for her generosity and for sharing such a special property with us. Do yourself a favor and get married here. You won’t regret it.

Dream Wedding at Dream Property
How does one put into words the pure magic that is Oro Ranch, or the embodiment of love and thoughtfulness that is Andy and Deb. My husband and I had the privilege and honor of having our dream wedding at Oro Ranch this last October and it was nothing shy of a dream. I remember the first time I stepped onto the property three years ago, my eyes grew misty and I knew we had been let in on the most wonderful secret. This property is unlike anything else, it is a true representation of the west. From the jaw dropping landscape of the rugged mission range to the west and to the east the towering Swan range it is utterly breathtaking. This is the type of property that makes you slow down and appreciate all that is around you. Take a moment to watch the deer grazing in the meadows, watch a fox bound and leap through the tall grasses, enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck as morning greets you. It is pure magic, and being able to start our married lives together in such a place felt like a gift. As for Deb and Andy they are just as special as their one of a kind properly. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have all you could possibly want or need. Their evident joy in being able to share their little slice of heaven does not go unnoticed and we will never be able to thank them enough. Deb and Andy have become family and we are that much richer in life knowing them. I wish there were enough words to express our most sincere gratitude and thanks.
