Yes, we have plenty of space for parking. You will need to provide a valet service if desired.

Yes, we can arrange for anyone needing special consideration to be driven right up to the event area. Please do keep in mind this is a farm - the ground can be uneven.

Out starting rental fee includes access to our event area for the day of your event , with time the day prior for set up and the following day for clean up.

A basic booking includes from 12noon to 9pm the day of your event. Drop up and set up can be done from 3pm to 9pm the day before. Clean up must be completed by noon the following day. There is an additional charge for earlier drop off/ set up and late clean up.

50% of the fee is required to hold the space on your preferred date. This is non- refundable. The remaining 50% is due 12 weeks before your event. If you cancel within 12 weeks - the entire fee is non refundable.

Our farm is located a little less than 2 hours from LaGuardia and JFK airports in New York City. And about 1.5 hours from Albany Airport. From NYC airports you can arrange a private taxi or car service. Or connect to Amtrak or Metro North trains to Poughkeepsie or Rhinecliff. A private taxi or car service is required from Albany.

Yes clients are required to purchase insurance.
