    No, we have an exclusive bar catering relationship but we will work with you to build your dream bar package and get all the special items you want!
    Tables, chairs, linens, elevator operator, one on site staff assistant, set up of tables, chairs and linens.
    Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 60 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges. Cancellation prior to 60 days before you booked date will result in forfeit of deposit but no additional charges.
    You reservation is for the full day of your event. Typically, our couples and their bridal parties arrive around 8:00 or 9:00 AM and we ask that all amplified sound end by midnight. Your last call at the bar will be at 11:30 PM.
    We are closed in June, July and August. You are welcome to rent our ground floor space (The Lobby at the Iron Front) during those months but the ballroom is closed.
    There is street parking, a parking garage nearby and a large lot a 1/2 block from us.
    Please contact us for a detailed plan if you have specific requests or ADA needs. Our staff is here to ensure that all guests have a wonderful experience.
    No, our venue is fully insured. However, we recommend that all our couples get event insurance for the day of the event for their own liability coverage.
