Valid Sunday through Friday Full use of the facility for 5 consecutive hours between 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Can add up to 2 hours for set up - $180 (Max is up to 7 hours) No early access Cleaning Fee - $400 (responsible still for trash/recycle) Two time slots available 10AM-3PM or 5PM-10PM This package allows for MINIMAL decor and total max hours inclusive of set-up and clean up is 5 hours and for up to 50 people MAX.

The indoor capacity is 180 people.
Your event can be as long as you pay for up to 12 hours and all events must end by midnight unless approved ahead of time.
Your package is inclusive of set-up times. This means all vendors and personal belongings must be off the property in this allotted time to avoid overtime charges.
The Waterfront Rodeo is fully ADA-compliant. We do have disabled parking and restrooms.
Yes, we allow outside catering at our event space. However, all vendors must complete the prevent review prior to being onsite.
A $50 alcohol fee applies to parties serving alcohol. Alcoholic beverages are permitted at The Waterfront Rodeo facilities without a permit, provided they are not sold or exchanged for money. However, alcohol consumption is restricted to the venue premises and is not allowed outside, including the driveway and parking lot. Alcohol service is limited to guests aged 21 and over, must cease 30 minutes before the rental end time, and a bartender is required. Alcohol consumption at "youth events" or those with a significant number of underage attendees is strictly prohibited. The Waterfront Rodeo may also limit alcohol serving hours during events.

No. These items are to be arranged by your full-service caterer, planner, or an event rental vendor.
While we offer complimentary Wi-Fi, we suggest having essential documents and media stored on a hard drive in case of any unforeseen outages beyond our control.
Yes, we do require 1-day event insurance with proof of a minimum $1,000,000 policy with The Waterfront Rodeo listed as an additional insured, The Certificate of Insurance should be submitted 30 days before your event and must be obtained separately. We recommend adding this to your current homeowner/rental insurance or using www.wedsafe.com or www.eventhelper.com. We also highly recommend event insurance, which is separate from liability insurance, and both can be acquired through the websites mentioned above.
You may hire a vetted Event Planner or Day-of Coordinator or you may add the Waterfront Rodeo's event planner a la carte subject to availability and will be an added cost.
If you choose to utilize our venue's Event Planner service, your designated Event Planner will handle the arrangement of personal items and decorations on the event day. These items include table numbers, signs with easels, picture frames, seating charts, guest books, card boxes, and party favors. However, please ensure that all these items are pre-assembled and ready for the event before your rental period begins. Any other items not mentioned above or any listed items not prepared and event-ready will be your responsibility.
We have a detailed cleaning requirement. You are required to leave the venue as clean as you received it or you may pay $475 for the cleaning team to do post your event.
