Yes! You’re welcome to bring in food from any licensed business — just no homemade food, please. See our website for a list of our preferred caterers. If you go with a caterer not on that list and they need kitchen access, a $250 kitchen rental fee will apply.
Yes — alcohol is allowed, but with a few important guidelines: All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartending service or caterer. If your event is in the Three Crown Lounge, Swedish Club bar staff is required. If you're hosting a hosted bar (free drinks for guests), you’ll need a Banquet Permit. – Don’t worry, this is super easy to obtain online!
Tables and chairs are included at no additional cost. Our team handles setup and teardown of all tables and chairs. We do not provide linens, plateware, glassware, or silverware, but you're welcome to bring your own or rent from a vendor.
All events held here are required to secure Special Event Insurance – regardless of size or occasion. Ask for more details about these steps and we would be happy to help!
