A stylish, modern space where you and your people can comfortably meet, celebrate, plan, and generally enjoy life. Our venue comfortably holds up to 50 people and includes tables, chairs, soft furniture, and a venue manager to ensure your event is everything and more! We also offer elevated services to include: various party set-ups, linens, curated decorations from our rental collection, event design, floor plan layout creation, and other custom services. If you can dream it, we can help pull it off and will walk you through the process of planning an incredible event! Regardless of the nature of your party or event, we can create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere that will make your people think they are enjoying themselves in the comfort of a thoughtfully designed and inspired “home”. We have different layout and furniture options to make every event feel special and one-of-a-kind!

An Urban Industrial Chic Micro-Venue in the Historic South Tacoma Way District.

The Space has a beautiful 675 square foot square room with high ceilings and amazing natural light. All walls are white and the floor is polished concrete. We have two bathrooms available for use, as well as a kitchen area (176 square feet) that can be used for a bar station or for general snacks and coffee. An additional room (294 square feet) in the back can be utilized for a buffet line and we have a dedicated catering prep area just inside our back entrance.

Included with the rental is our basic room package, which includes tables, chairs, and soft furniture to accommodate up to 40 people seated (50 cocktail style). We can also provide customized layouts, linens, tableware, centerpieces, wedding coordination, and more for an additional fee.

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own alcohol, but must have a licensed bartender on property to serve. We can get that set up for you for an additional fee. We also require a banquet permit from the State of Washington, which is easy and cheap to obtain!

The minimum use of the space for a wedding is 4 hours at $500 plus tax. Beyond that, hours are charged at $150 per hour plus tax. Your time includes all set-up and tear-down.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have a back entrance off of the parking lot that can be utilized by anyone who needs wheelchair or easier access.

We have a large, free parking lot in the back of our building. There is also street parking out front (first come, first serve with the community).

There is a $450 refundable deposit required. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you forfeit your event deposit (half of the rental fee) and refundable deposit.

Included with the rental is our basic room package, which includes seating for up to 50 people and 4 six foot tables for food/bar service. We also include all live plants in the space (which can also be removed). We also provide one event coordinator (not a wedding coordinator) to manage the space.
