About this venue
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Iowa’s countryside. The sparkling white gambrel barn overlooks fields, timber and two ponds. Our temperature controlled Ballroom comfortably seats up to 320 guests, on the wooden farmhouse-tables and black cross-back chairs we provide. Every package includes ample day-before rehearsal AND decorating time, 6:00 am - midnight full access the day of, and time to return the day after to retrieve decor, rentals, food, personal times, and vehicles.

The Parlor is a full service bar, complete with bar tenders (at no extra cost), for your event's beverage needs. Alcohol packages are completely customizable, and can vary from open bar, cash bar, or a custom hybrid of the two. Serving beer, seltzers, ciders, wine, mixed drinks, speciality craft cocktails, soda & lemonade, The Parlor has everything your guests hope to see on a drink menu and then some!

The Veranda is the patio off of the Ballroom - perfect for cocktail hour, outdoor space to socialize and enjoy yard games, and/or additional seating!

The perfect retreat to prep and relax
The Suite is the perfect area for you and your crew to prep and relax! The Suite - the first of two exclusive private areas - features abundant natural light, private bathroom (with shower!), private staircase entrance, ample vanity space, mirrors for DAYS, minibar and outlets lining every wall.

Take your walk down to the Peninsula - the most idylic ceremony spot!
No extra cost - beautiful outdoor ceremony spot, complete with permanent bench seating for your guests. Paved walk-way (high-heel friendly!) and immersed in between two ponds. Bring your own pre-fab back drop, or just let your back drop be the beauty of the nature around you - you can't go wrong! { If the weather disagrees? Easy transition into the Ballroom. }

Beautiful Venue
The Exchange is a beautiful venue with wonderful views. The owners are amazing, they want you to be comfortable, happy and to have a great time.
Professional and Accomodating
The Exchange on Vine is an exceptional beautiful venue! The bridal suite is truly gorgeous, comfortable and spacious with so much natural lighting making it the perfect space to get ready with your bridal party!
Big white beauty in the countryside!!
Owners are super attentive and easy to communicate with. The venue itself is beautiful and LARGE! Love that they include seating and tables.
