Our experience hosting our son'e wedding at the Eddy was AMAZING! Kyley, the event planner, was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire planning process. Very Responsive! Food was great! Especially the falafel! We received so many compliments from our guests about both the venue and the food. The event space was set up exactly as we had envisioned and requested. Great bang for your buck! Leslie in the restaurant, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, as well as the banquet captain (whose name unfortunately escapes us). Both were wonderful to work with and contributed greatly to the success of the weekend. And finally, the front desk staff deserves special thanks. We seemed to be constantly stopping by with requests, questions, and last-minute needs, and every member of the team was warm, welcoming, responsive, and eager to help. Their hospitality did not go unnoticed.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views, fantastic staff!
Our family and friends recently stayed at The Eddy for a family wedding weekend. The rehearsal dinner and welcome party were at The Eddy. We were so impressed with the welcoming staff and the hotel amenities from the moment we checked in. Everyone had a great time and thanks to The Eddy's staff, the party was a huge success. Thank you for helping to make our weekend memorable!

The Eddy Taproom & Hotel was the perfect place to host our wedding. From our first conversation, the team was incredibly responsive and offered thoughtful suggestions that really shaped how we planned the day. What sealed the deal for us was their indoor-outdoor space, which gave us so much flexibility and created an amazing backdrop for celebrating with our loved ones. They made everything feel easy, handling details behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the process. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff knew exactly how to help us pull off the party we envisioned. Thanks again to The Eddy for making our special day so memorable!

Great place for an elopement!
We recently had our elopement wedding ceremony and guest room block at The Eddy and it could not have been more perfect! We were able to utilize the west rooftop for our ceremony which was the perfect backdrop to our wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed their stay here as well. The rooms are clean and modern but feel homey and comfortable. Breakfast was great and a nice amenity to have. We were surprised by champagne in our room when we arrived. Every staff member from front desk to the taproom to housekeeping was warm, friendly and overly accommodating. If you are in the area for business or just for fun or considering using The Eddy for your small wedding celebration, I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you for making our wedding absolutely perfect!

We recently just held our wedding ceremony and reception at The Eddy. We did more of a casual cocktail vibe for the evening with passed apps and a buffet dinner and we EASILY fit 70 guests. The entire team is phenomenal to work with, made everything enjoyable and easy, and we couldn’t be happier to have our wedding here. All our guests raved about the accommodations and the food and venue. It was truly perfect. If I had to plan our wedding all over again, I would do it again at The Eddy hands down no question. Love!!!

Yes, our parking lot is reserved for hotel guests and event attendees. Additional public parking is available on 8th street and Peaks to Plain trail.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff. We have to ADA rooms as well.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, and event staff. We do not provide table linens.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event before 90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you 50% of the sum of the Minimum Anticipated Food Revenue and meeting room rental. If cancelled within 10-90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you 75% of the sum of the Minimum Anticipated Food Revenue and meeting room rental, and 90% of Minimum Anticipated Food Revenue plus meeting room rental to be charged if canceled within 10 days. Taxes and applicable service charges will be added to all amounts.

No, our venue is fully insured.

Our hotel is located approximately 35 miles away from the Denver International Airport. You can reach our venue by private car, taxi, or ride share (Uber, Lyft).

No. We do not host after parties and the Taproom bar closes at 10pm on Sundays to Thursdays and at 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

We charge 7.5% tax and 23% service fee to all events. The taxable 23% service fee is an industry standard charge that helps cover the hourly wage of all the staff working the event. This includes salary staff, hourly staff, as well as overhead costs. It is not a gratuity. If you would like to leave the staff that worked your a tip, you may do so with the final check, presented to you post event. Any additional gratuity is appreciated, but not expected.

Yes, as long they don't damage the property. We ask that you not affix anything to the walls, floors, ceilings, or furnishings without prior approval from our Sales team. All signs and decorations must be of professional quality. Glitter, confetti, petals, rice, and birdseed are not permitted. All candles must be contained in a tall glass enclosure (LED candles preferred). The client must take all decorations and client property brought to the venue away at the conclusion of the event. The Eddy will not store any left items and is not responsible for items left at the venue. Any damage to the hotel will result in additional damage fees.

Yes, all weddings hosted at The Eddy must have a day-of coordinator/planner. Please ask for our preferred vendors list for a few of our faves!

We require a minimum of 10 rooms per night and can offer up to 25 rooms maximum with a discounted group rate. We also require 90% fulfillment and group rates are available up to 30 days before arrival.

No. You can reserve a room block without having an event with us. However, we do offer discounts for events if you also book a room block with us.

Yes, depending on our availability. The room block requirement is waived if your event is within 60 days. Any event hosted beyond 60 days will require a room block if the hotel has availability.

No, outside food and drink (including alcohol) are prohibited in our event spaces and restaurant.

Yes, a 25% deposit of the total rental fees and F&B minimums is required upon signing the contract. The rest of the bill will be broken into payment plans (3 or 6 months before), depending on how soon the event is. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
