PLAN, CREATE, and CELEBRATE YOUR WAY! The Coffey Barn is a family-owned and operated Wedding and Event Venue. We strive to be a reasonably priced DIY venue also including many extras in our rentals. We are close enough to decorate but still a secluded location! We are LGBTQ+ friendly!

Our facility is a 2500 square foot barn with a full concrete floor, two guest restrooms, and full kitchen. We include round tables and chairs for up to 150 people, six-foot rectangular tables, the 1963 Jeep truck, and various other antiques for decoration. Included in the rental fee is the use of the fully furnished dressing areas on the day of the event for the bride and groom's parties. With our facility, you can bring in your caterer, DJ, decorator, setup personnel, and florist.

Description

Saturday rentals are day and a half rentals which include all day Saturday, and half day on the Friday prior. You have access to the property from 3pm until 9pm on the half day, this time can be used for rehearsal and decorating. The day of the event you have access from 9am until 11pm. *This package can be booked on weekdays as well*

The Coffey Barn full day wedding rentals have the use of the property all day from 9am until 11 pm. We include the use your choice of outdoor area for a ceremony, Indoor use of the barn for a ceremony and/or reception, two dressing areas for the wedding party, full kitchen, round tables and white chairs for 150 people, and use of the decorations we have available.

    Wedding venue

    My husband and I really enjoyed working with the owners of The Coffey Barn. They’re very helpful and have lots to offer. We were grateful that we were able to set up on Friday night and have lots to think about for Saturday. It was also great that they have tables and chairs and you don’t have to worry

    Love it!

    We had our wedding here a little over a year ago and it was perfect! The family is so helpful and accommodating. We rented tablecloths from them, as well as extra tables and it was worth it! We will definitely be using this venue again for future functions!

You have exclusive access to The Coffey Barn property starting at 9:00 am until 11:00 pm. Saturday rentals will include exclusive access to the property the Friday prior from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
A ceremony rehearsal can be hosted on a prior day if additional time is rented. A two-hour rehearsal time can be rented Monday through Thursday for $100.00 in conjunction with a full day rental.
The day of set up will begin when your rental time starts at 9:00 am. All items must be removed by the end of the rental period at 11:00 pm at the end of the rental.
Yes, we welcome flowers, centerpieces, battery-powered candles, and lighting. Rentals also include access to the Something Borrowed room where we have a lot of wedding decorations. Decoration can be hung on the walls using push pins at levels easily reached. We already have tulle hung from the ceiling and at the front of the barn.
Our facility is open to all types of music from live performances, DJs, or the use of our speakers with your phone or device. Music is permitted until 11:00 pm on weekends at reasonable levels (not to exceed 85 decibels). We do have a decibel meter in the barn to check the levels.
You have access to the dressing areas during the entire rental period starting at 9:00 am until 11:00 pm. Saturday rentals will include access to the dressing areas from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. We are not set up for overnight stays.
Yes, we have some business cards for vendors that have been to the venue and performed well.
We do have two speakers that you will have access to during your time. Both speakers have wired microphones, connection cords for electronic devices, and power cords included. Indoor sound systems has wireless mics and a Bluetooth sound board.
We do not provide the kind of step-by-step instruction, attention, or setup labor of a professional wedding planner or coordinator. We do recommend hiring a planner or coordinator, particularly if you are coming from out of town.
Yes, you can bring in any outside vendors that you choose. The Coffey Barn does not restrict the caterer, DJ, photographers, event planners, or any other outside vendors you choose.
Yes, we do allow outside alcohol on the property and require the use of a licensed bartender when liquor is served. However, if any type of alcohol is to be consumed on the property (either served to guests or only by the wedding party while getting ready) we do require you purchase an event insurance liability policy from the vendor of your choice. We must have a copy of the policy 30 days before the event.
We cannot hold dates without a deposit. Your date will be reserved once the contract has been signed and an initial deposit received.
An initial non-refundable deposit of $800.00 is due at the contract signing. The remainder of the wedding package price and additional extra rental items is due no later than 60 days prior to your event date. We accept payment by cash, check, credit, and debit card either in person or online.
We will have one or two parking attendants directing traffic as guests arrive.
The kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, stove, microwave, coffee maker, full sink, and prep table. We also provide coffee and accessories, garbage bags, toilet paper, and some paper towels.

Yes, we will have attendants on your event date directing traffic.

Yes, We do now have air conditioning and heat inside the barn as well as both dressing areas.
Yes, Clean-up is included in a full day renal. This includes taking out the garbage, sweeping and mopping, wiping tables, cleaning restroom and dressing area. catering vendors are responsible for cleaning up the kitchen.
Yes, Tables and chairs are included on the rentals. We have 20 five foot round tables, 5 four foot round tables, 8 six foot rectangle tables, 150+ white plastic chairs for inside the barn, and 15= white metal chairs to use outside for the ceremony.
